my daughter has an 03, and she asked me to fix the door leather that had fallen away. I ran across your video. Thank you so much for this video ! It was a big help!...KB Long Island, NY
Well done sir. The panel removal is the same (spot-weld) for a 2010 Ford ranger. This video is a perfect tutorial for reupholstering your Ford ranger panels
Tony Toller That’s nice. I like how you really went into detail fixing the fabric. Our’s was peeling too. It was a 2004. In fact you are lucky. Since in America they removed the column shifter in 2005-2007 But I guess in the phillipenes, they left it on and used a different steering wheel which is nice.
Hello. So sorry - only just seen that I didn't reply to you. I bought the only available stuff from a local hardware shop. There's not much choice there with many things. In the Uk I would probably have used 3M but if you type 'upholstery adhesive' into Google you'll get loads of different brands. I think they are all pretty similar.
Hi Dwight. I did the job in the Philippines and just used a spray from the local hardware store. I don't know what country you're in but in the UK I would use Evostick carpet spray. If you type "fabric spray adhesive" into Amazon or Google you should get a good selection show up. Tony

That's very kind of you. It's what makes posting stuff in UA-cam more fun.
I very much enjoyed this video, sir. Well done. Greetings from Hollywood, California.
thank you very much for your video I need to do the same job and you provided me with the information I needed and the process.
Great job..I have to do the same thing on my 04 Escape..The glue on the fabric dried up and its just hanging by the latch..

good job and nicely demonstrated, I have to do the same job on a Toyota Prado hopefully it is similar to your job.
Good Luck...
This car is very cool because of the column shifter. My parents used to have one.
I agree - a fab car. I've now sold it on to a guy by the name of Tim K of UA-cam notoriety and when I last heard he was enjoying it too.

Is that sun shade fabric you used?
Hi Martinez. No it was actually a cushion cover from the local department store. But I reckon you can use just about any hard wearing fabric.
What spray did you use? I can not see the bran name. Thanks
