Excellent video! And thank you! I just bought a used 2005 Ford Escape with the panel leather partially peeling off. Now I know how to fix that! Thanks again!
I just read some of the comments after posting my comment today, and saw the bad news about Johnny's passing. I am truly saddened & wish the very best for his wife,, Jessica & family. May Johnny Rest In Peace In God's Hands.
Really appreciate you teaching this. I already have my Driver side door panel off my 2005 Ford Escape. See now that was not necessary. Lol. I will do it as you have shown here. Thanks. I Subscribed too. 🇱🇷
Use a one inch wide plastic blade to work the fabric in around bends instead of the scrapper he uses. It is easier to work it one direction but hey, JW still gets results with his method. RIP John Wolfe.
that white part is actually a molded sort of stiff paper that is glued to the plastic panel. if you sand it to remove the remnant of foam and glue it may work but probaly not comfortable to your arm and will not be smooth.
That's what I did in my car...I didn't even bother to sand it, bought a small matching "sample" color from home depot and just painted the panel. Came out good and cloth can't come off anymore because there is non...lol.

I will be doing the door panel on my old dragon's GM car in a bit. Thanks.
Thanks for this, I have to re-glue the one in my 2005. Also, what kind of overalls are those? I'm looking for a good brand.
How much would it cost to have this done at a shop?
If I wanted to use liquid glue what kind would you recommend? Or is spray the best bet?
jessica sandberg This is his wife and he passed away in February from cancer..Thank you for watching his video & hope you watch other of the videos.

not as long as you let it tack up good before you put the cloth to the door. thank you for watching
It don't work. Little wile later in the sun it comes off again.
You used a poor quality adhesive
This shit does not work you have to get a better glue because I used the same brand loktight and it failed after a week
