This is a good video. My issue is in my shoulder flexibility. No matter how much i stretch, they always seem tight, so i can never fully extend the bar back. Also, at position one coming up, does the bar touch off the body causing some momentum to help getting it overhead? This is a lift i have the most difficulty with.

What exercises should you do if your shoulders are not strong enough to get the barbell overhead?
When coming up from position 3, with bar, how do you keep it from hitting your knee?
My issue is holding any weight above my head. I think my mobility is lacking and my arms aren’t extended back enough. Any mobility moves i should try?
