    Love this video! Your information on technique is so descriptive. I will keep working on the snatch and with your information, my mind just might be able to wrap around “getting under the bar.”

    This is a good video. My issue is in my shoulder flexibility. No matter how much i stretch, they always seem tight, so i can never fully extend the bar back. Also, at position one coming up, does the bar touch off the body causing some momentum to help getting it overhead? This is a lift i have the most difficulty with.

    When coming up from position 3, with bar, how do you keep it from hitting your knee?

    My issue is holding any weight above my head. I think my mobility is lacking and my arms aren’t extended back enough. Any mobility moves i should try?
