Loved this! I don't have access to my DVDs right now and it's cold and rainy so I had to skip my daily walk. I also loved the "pubic bone up" tip, it really helped me get more activation in my core. Thank you Margaret!
I thought this looked easier than the full length lymphatic walking workout, lol this one hits different!!! 🤣 I use to have a full node in my neck, it was there for 5+ years, and now i can't find it. Must of drained! Been consistently doing these walking workouts for over a month, a couple times a week! Love them!
boizx3 Yay!! I can so relate. Even us trainers get into a “funk” every now and then! 😊 I am so glad this was helpful to you- thank you for sharing that!🙌😍
That was so intense!!! I'm so glad I found your channel. This is my second time doing this workout and I am as sweaty as I would be walking around in the 90 degree heat for an hour. Thank you so much for sharing this.
I did it! lol procrastinated because I didn't think I could do it. I couldn't keep up in the middle when you sped up the arm moves, but I kept them moving and completed the entire workout. And agreed, your ques are spot on. I know it's mostly cardio, so should it be done everyday or do we need to take a break from the lat work? Thank-you!
This felt great on my shoulders and neck. I have a lot of trouble with tightness there, so glad this opened me up. I also have an autoimmune that makes the joints in my hands ache so gripping the broom felt better than leaving my fingers. I that okay, or should I try to leave my fingers extended as much as possible?
Since broom is for alignment and activation, I remove the broom and just use the broomstick, because a PT advised me to avoid behind-the-shoulder weight to avoid aggravating my rotator cuff. Also I remember that at the end of exercise to "lift, lift (knee), kick, kick instead of shoulder hunches. What's the principle and should I do both?
The knee lift/hunches are interchangeable when it comes to efficacy. If you do have rotator cuff issues, I would definitely avoid the behind-the-shoulder moves here!
Awesome!! So glad that was helpful- I'm finding it clicks better for some of us than "tailbone under!" I also feel it more in my low abs when I lead with the pubic bone!🙌🏼
@@mb.fitness Just did my first workout after broken elbow. The PT was having me use a stick and I thought HMMMM I could do a broom workout!. Had to modify the W but still. It felt good!
This was great, but ended up having so much pain between my shoulder blades for several days after. Always do the shoulders up to ears to prevent that but this one want enough. Any tips?
Yes! Definitely. Hard to say exactly without seeing your form, but I'm guessing you may have overactivated the rhomboids instead of the lats! This is common, as our body tends to activate the muscles that are more dominant. Sometimes the broom is too much activation, so I would recommend not pressing against the broom as much and really focus on getting tall with the breastbone towards the ceiling. You can also omit the broom altogether and just focus on doing some arm moves while walking. My walking workout class is releasing tomorrow- it comes with an instructional that may be helpful!
My only problem was I was watching on my phone and realized half way through that I should have been wearing my phone to track all my steps! Next time I'll pull the workout up on my computer! Lol!
Great workout. Just like Theresa did it. Great to see new faces. We will always miss Theresa but so happy for the continuation of T-Tapp.
Thank you Karen! We miss her so much....all us trainers are trying our best to continue her legacy!❤️
I just subscribed - you're really a great trainer!
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate your support!😄

I keep returning to this - it is a great rounding out, when I want variety, to my other T-tapp and other workouts.

I actually just finished teaching a yoga class where we did a lot of similar movements with a strap (no stepping though). Thanks for these workouts!

I really enjoyed this workout. My shoulders are on fire but in a good way 👍
Really enjoyed your broom workout!
I'll be adding this to my MORE workouts! I used to do Leslie Sanson's WalkAerobics years ago but THIS is SO MUCH BETTER! Really focuses on alignment!
Awesome!! I am so happy you enjoyed this workout! It's surprisingly difficult! :)
@@mb.fitness I haven't actually done it yet. I have the Broom workout in my MORE program but I never used it. I'll let you know! :-)
@@BeyondTshirts Sounds good!! the MORE broom is great, that's the first broom workout I ever did! :D

@@lstoughton so glad to hear that, Lisa!! I hope you are continuing to see progress in healing from the broken elbow!!❤️
so will this really help tone my arms?
