      I agree on the first exercise being tough. But, overall the workout sure does a lot in 10 mins!

    Quality over quantity. Don't underestimate this workout. Doable, but tough. I can imagine losing weight just by doing this. Will have to try.

    Want to get back into exercise. Thought I was being lazy by not using a workout that was more than 20 minutes, but found myself always stopping short, not engaging completely. It was a waste of time. Decided to drop my ego and check out a 10 minute routine to ease myself back into exercise. This was the first one that came up. I absolutely loved it. I was able to engage and complete it and felt like I've done something today.

    Just getting into pilates. And it is so nice and refreshing to see this video. It's exactly what i've been looking for. Not some fake instagram model wanna be in the tighest thing imaginable, just a very likeable person running the session with no nonsense.

    I have been trying to find a daily Pilates routine, and i have fallen in love with well+good. easy to follow and has steps for those who need challenge and those who need modification. loved this!

    Never done pilates before; i do more weight lifting and this was GREAT. Just the right type of easy/challenging for a finisher

    As soon as she sailed let’s flip it over to the other side I was about to flip my phone but it feels great at the end . I do this exercise when I feel bloated and not great after eating junk food so I can get my energy up and feel good for the rest of the day

    This is my sixth week doing Pilates and I found this workout really useful. 😌

    I am not a very visibly strong person, however I have been doing workouts very similar to this one recently. However, this workout did not make me feel the burn like others did. Thus, if you were going to ask me, I would recommend skipping this workout and not wasting your time.

    I love it but this is the hardest workout I've tried (in 3 years and a half!!)
    NO JOKE
    the first 6 minutes are so hard! but I did it
    almost died! my face looks like a 🍅 rn and I sweat a lot!

    no pre warm up, no stretching before, hardest exercise in the beginning with no warm up and end with no stretch again. the little stretch after the exercise doesn't event stretch the muscles that were worked hard so it provides zero relief. this is just 3 exercises unrelated, no correlation back to back. i usually don't write negative comments but this was so bad. I am a dancer and have been doing pilates for more than 6 months now, this is an ick.

    Terrible confusing instruction.
    Also not the ability level expected from a 10 minute class. Very little modifiers and if included they were such an after thought
