I enjoyed watching this and look forward to your next grocery haul. 🍆🥒🍞🥩🍗🥚🧀🥫
Thanks so much, I’m excited for my next shop - think it may be time for another Costco Haul. Have a great Friday
I reckon you could cut $200 of your shop
Bake beans hay stacks with lettuce tomato and cucumbers dice
I get coles corn chips grated cheese
Night of cooking
Bicarbonate next time at Costco
Make your own popcorn in the saucepan
Cut back on snacks
I made banana bread
Living on a dime I follow and you google her recipe.
Even make her gluten free bread
And frozen it
Even with 5 kids I froze muffins etc
Any snacks you buy hide them in container so they don’t help themselves
Muffins are less sugar than cereal
They can eat them for breakfast
Homemade porridge add coconut
Serve with frozen berries
Try on the weekend
Homemade pancakes are good for freezer and pull out on the day
I had juice for my kids and then had to stop cost to much
I bought 5 things at woolies for $40 !!! WTF?
I did my weekly shop at Aldi for $175.
Not shopping at Coles or Woolwoths any more so glad there is a price enquiry.
It is crazy expensive now isn’t it! Aldi is a great alternative, you really need to shop around now
Just found your channel it was strange to see Woolworths as we have not had them here for a long time and miss it i am from the UK i have cosouns in Queensland it's nice to see a u tuber from Australia so have subscribed
Awe thanks so much! And welcome to my little Aussie corner of UA-cam! Have a great day
Just a note, viewers are not only watching from the US.
I am from South Africa and I am sure there are others watching from all over the world.
Thanks for the interesting video.
Thank you for watching! I’m so excited that others from around the world are watching. Have a great day
Have you read the ingredients for the Up & Go?
Yep it’s not great but I have a child who is super active and doesn’t like breakfast so it’s the one thing he’ll have - sometimes you have to choose getting something into them vs nothing at all 🤷🏼♀️ it won’t be forever I’m sure 🤞🏻
Hello 👋 just found your channel and have been enjoying watching your vlogs!
Thanks for watching and glad you’ve enjoyed the videos! Where are you from?
@@ItsErinLong near Melbourne 😊
Great haul
Thanks so much!
Hi Erin! I saved your video to watch and now I’m catching up…WOW already 5k views that’s AMAZING!!! Well done you🎉🎉
I also didn’t realise you were in Perth too! I work in West Perth, live south of the river though so the other side to you😉
Keep making videos and I’ll keep watching xx
Awe thanks so much for watching, I need to watch your latest too - it’s on my list! Love a fellow Perthian, back at you, happy to be a loyal supporter and watcher 🙌🏻
Just found your channel l,m in vic ,good haul
Welcome Sue! Thanks for watching and lovely to connect with fellow Aussies.
I've subscribed great haul 🙂
Welcome and thank you 🙌🏻
My biggest issue after groceries, how to set back everything on pantry shelves 😂
Yes that is a whole other task in itself! 🤪I’m lucky I have an extra overflow area in my linen pantry otherwise I wouldn’t be able to stock up as much as I do.
❤
I’m new from WA. I would love to know more about your family, how many kids etc. Nothing personal off course, it just helps me to connect and want to come back and see how you’re doing.
Welcome and thank you for watching! I’m a 41 year old stay at home wife and mum. Mum to two kids, 8 (girl) & 10 (boy) How about you? I’m North of the River. Have a great day and hopefully I’ll entice you back with some future videos 🙌🏻
Ingredients do matter
Aldi has good stuff i like to shop around as some shops dont have what i need either
I agree, Aldi has some really good buys especially their organic range and cleaning products and their melting moments are delicious!! I can’t do my whole shop there unfortunately as I’m the same - they don’t have everything I need
Hi Erin, I just found your channel :) Great shopping haul. Do you have ALDI where you live? I tend to get the majority of my groceries from ALDI and anything on special at either Woolies or Coles. Have a great day!
Welcome and thank you for watching! Yes I definitely do have a few Aldi stores close and try to do some of my shopping there, sounds like we shop quite similarly 🙌🏻
Fantastic haul 😊New subscriber ❤
Welcome to the club and thank you! Glad you enjoyed 🙌🏻
Just found your channel. 😊
Welcome to Aussie land and thanks for watching 🙌🏻
I live in W.A. too and sadly my Woolies doesn't have lactose free sour cream. Where is your Woolies? I thought you must've been in W.A. judging by the half empty shelves since we got cut off by the floods on the Nullabor.
Yes I can’t get it at all the Woolworths around me but I find the one at Stirling stocks it but I can never get it at Innaloo or Karrinyup. Hope this helps! It tastes exactly the same and my family can’t tell the difference 🤭
@@ItsErinLong I live exactly on the halfway point between two Woolies, Singleton & Greenfields. I go to Singleton 'cause it's easy to get there, the parking isn't a nightmare and they have a bakery at the shopping centre which does ready made sangas and rolls etc. Greenfields (of course) has lactose free sour cream. The Coles five minutes away has it if I need it. I'd just rather do my shopping at one place and get a couple of coffees from Macca's drive through on the way home. I'm 64 and disabled so getting in and out of the car is literally a pain.
@@dianaellul9345 oh wow that is so annoying! I can’t imagine having to do multiple stops with a disability. Perhaps a click and collect so you don’t have to get out of the car so much? Sounds like you’ve got a great plan going and love a maccas coffee as a reward after the shopping run! 🙌🏻
What’s your name
Where U live?
Perth, Western Australia 🇦🇺
Are you buying made in Australia and if not why not. Wow, $700. Nope. You can do cheaper I am sure.
Thanks for watching. I know I could definitely try to bring my bill down, I’ll have to check what’s Australian made as agreed! I do support the local farmers market and IGA for my main fruit and veg shop every week. Let me know any great Aussie made products you buy on a regular basis.
@ItsErinLong I buy the brand nice rice. It's grown in the Riverina Aust.
Frozen broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, carrots, apples, bananas and asian salad are all I saw that was remotely healthy. Everything else was processed junk food. 😢
Thanks for watching! I do another fresh fruit and veg shop at the local supermarket and farmers market on a Sunday.
Is she forcing you to eat it? U do u, let others make their own choices.
@lyndallwills6600 It was an observation, and I commented. Nowhere in my comment am I stating she should do anything.
@@AR-uw3nsyeah but you were rude about it. You don’t need to voice every observation you make.
