If the seat post creeks , undo the bolt and open up the splines and apply some carbon assembly paste to each surface and tighten back up to 7nm

How do you compensate for the flex in the seat post ? Or don’t you ?

The flex is very minimal, not noticeable. The seat post design provides some damping from minor road imperfections. That I notice on my road rides.
It does not act as a shock absorber at all.
