I’ve noticed a slight problem when I went from 225 to 200 to 185 lbs. started with difficult to nut, then difficult to stay hard. Now I take a break from the workout and set records in the bedroom . Balance is truly the key my friend.

That explains a lot actually 🤔 early this year i had some erectile dysfunction problems, but i couldn't understand it since was a new experience, and got very diacouraged, it kinda almost fucked my relationship because i was, like, "so whats the whole point here?" (Cuz on past relationship i was cheated and you know what it makes to your mind, lots of paranoia). But my girlfriend was very supportive and i was able to overcome this. And with time, my training and fat percentages changed a lot and i'm training/eating and sleeping in a very different way just to keep the physique good enough, and durning this, my friend down there felt more encouraged to work properly. Don't avoid fatty foods. Just avoid hydrogenated fat. But all natural meat fat, and from nuts and avacados, help you get the best kind of muscular. Sugary drinks during meals are what really get people ugly fat. And only eat carbs In the beginning of the day, unless you're going to be up all night and active. ✌

I did 4 years of MMA overtraining as hell. I always had a natural 6 pack, even before starting. I then got Very shredded. I had iron Overload 2 years ago and It permanently decreased my libido along with giving me joint problems. During this quarentine I was able to reverse it ALL by doing wim hof method. I started working out calisthenics Again, I am Lean and super strong, six pack back, not fapping, my libido is Just enough. When i meet my girl I van give her 10 rounds in a day no joke. I'm 31 by the way.

This topic has always been kind of interesting to me, since I've never known what it's like to have a sex drive. I got really lean at one point thinking that I could sustain it since I already didn't like sex to begin with, but I was wrong. I just felt hungry and weak all the time. Right now, I'm around 14% body fat and it's definitely my comfort zone. I still look great, and more importantly, I feel great. If anything, a little body fat adds to the aesthetics.

Also my trainer who’s a 62 year old guy and has plenty of experience in gymming told me men literally passed out during bodybuilding competitions cause they’d starve themselves for all kinds of reasons. Made me think what’s the point of muscle if there’s no energy or strength... no health. Being fit and healthy is attractive not damaging your body and mind. I’ve had 5% myself and I might do it again, I go to a sports high school in Norway and I also do calisthenics and running. there was a time where i didn’t want anything to do with girls, but I started to miss having a gf, that was the only side effect. I was way too focused in sports and working like a machine, almost no females where attractive to me at that time.
When a women drops below 8% body fat, we miss periods. Start skipping months. Thats the body's way of telling us, in your case too, that something is wrong. Becareful

15-25% Body fat is best range for functionality and health reasons, depending on outside temperature. Going 10-20 is what you should try to aim to look "slim" We tend to think fat is bad, its actually very useful for a lot of things, your temperature control, your hormonal balance(since many hormons are based and constructed from fat), indirectly for functioning of your brain, and ofc as energy depot. Erectile dysfunction happens because in male body a lot of energy goes to sexual function by dropping levels of fat to extreme levels you cause a problem with distribution of energy. For basic understanding carbs are made for fast usage of energy and explosive consumption of it, reserves of fat is what keeps your body going for a longer more consistent periods of times. OFc its much more complicated then that but lets keep it simple. IF you use all of your carbs with training, and you have no fat to extract more ATP from, you use a lot more energy for termo regulation your body will start to turn of less needed functions because of simple lack of energy, reproductive drive is one of the first that is going to be turned off or tuned down, because it is a extreme energy dump.

Just make sure you eat some healthy fats and get the proper nutrition. I'm betting proper nutrition is better than more crappy calories. Since I started training and gained a healthy 10-12% body fat and more muscle mass, I simply can't stop pulling the meat. I simply keep yanking the damn meat and it won't stay down. My hands are tired, my skin is irritated, I need to lower body fat a bit.

And in that session I get really baked and it's everyday but I'm more physical and have better diet so it balances it all well.
I had a similar result after 6 months of intermittent fasting. My sex drive was none existent. After going back to normal eating pattern, minimum 3 meals a day, my sex drive came back. I done break and tried fasting again with same results. It's simple, when your body fat is low or food is scarce, our bodies are in a survival mode rather than reproduction. I'm done with fasting. I'm much happier with 15% body fat and healthy sex drive.
Being ~7% body fat I am going through all of the side effects you talked about except for the sex drive and grumpiness. My hormones (as in sex drive) are really well, and grumpiness isn't a problem because I'm always in a mundane mood anyways. Also I have a solution for the soreness and lack of energy you get when working out at a low body fat %, what has worked for me is adding about 30-50 grams of Pure Cane Sugar (there may be a better alternative sugar idk) to my water bottle before a workout everytime I work out, (along with pre-workout if you are used to pre-workout) it gives me energy when exercising and it leaves me with a fast recovery so I am not sore the next day. So I'd recommend trying it for anyone who is going for low body fat, it may or may not help. Also I subbed on this vid 🤗

I’ve noticed a slight problem when I went from 225 to 200 to 185 lbs. started with difficult to nut, then difficult to stay hard. Now I take a break from the workout and set records in the bedroom . Balance is truly the key my friend.

That explains a lot actually 🤔 early this year i had some erectile dysfunction problems, but i couldn't understand it since was a new experience, and got very diacouraged, it kinda almost fucked my relationship because i was, like, "so whats the whole point here?" (Cuz on past relationship i was cheated and you know what it makes to your mind, lots of paranoia).
But my girlfriend was very supportive and i was able to overcome this. And with time, my training and fat percentages changed a lot and i'm training/eating and sleeping in a very different way just to keep the physique good enough, and durning this, my friend down there felt more encouraged to work properly.
I dont know if this is the reason behind, but i would totally believe it helped smh 😂

Don't avoid fatty foods. Just avoid hydrogenated fat. But all natural meat fat, and from nuts and avacados, help you get the best kind of muscular. Sugary drinks during meals are what really get people ugly fat. And only eat carbs In the beginning of the day, unless you're going to be up all night and active. ✌

I honestly thought the more exercise you do, the more your testosterone levels increase & the better your sex drive. That has been my personal experience

not really Victor. Exercise will increase T compared to no exercise, yes, but training too long will cause cortisol to sky rocket, and cortisol destroys T. More is not always better

I did 4 years of MMA overtraining as hell. I always had a natural 6 pack, even before starting. I then got Very shredded. I had iron Overload 2 years ago and It permanently decreased my libido along with giving me joint problems. During this quarentine I was able to reverse it ALL by doing wim hof method. I started working out calisthenics Again, I am Lean and super strong, six pack back, not fapping, my libido is Just enough. When i meet my girl I van give her 10 rounds in a day no joke. I'm 31 by the way.

This topic has always been kind of interesting to me, since I've never known what it's like to have a sex drive. I got really lean at one point thinking that I could sustain it since I already didn't like sex to begin with, but I was wrong. I just felt hungry and weak all the time. Right now, I'm around 14% body fat and it's definitely my comfort zone. I still look great, and more importantly, I feel great. If anything, a little body fat adds to the aesthetics.

I’ve had 5% myself and I might do it again, I go to a sports high school in Norway and I also do calisthenics and running. there was a time where i didn’t want anything to do with girls, but I started to miss having a gf, that was the only side effect. I was way too focused in sports and working like a machine, almost no females where attractive to me at that time.
When a women drops below 8% body fat, we miss periods. Start skipping months. Thats the body's way of telling us, in your case too, that something is wrong. Becareful

15-25% Body fat is best range for functionality and health reasons, depending on outside temperature. Going 10-20 is what you should try to aim to look "slim" We tend to think fat is bad, its actually very useful for a lot of things, your temperature control, your hormonal balance(since many hormons are based and constructed from fat), indirectly for functioning of your brain, and ofc as energy depot.
Erectile dysfunction happens because in male body a lot of energy goes to sexual function by dropping levels of fat to extreme levels you cause a problem with distribution of energy. For basic understanding carbs are made for fast usage of energy and explosive consumption of it, reserves of fat is what keeps your body going for a longer more consistent periods of times. OFc its much more complicated then that but lets keep it simple. IF you use all of your carbs with training, and you have no fat to extract more ATP from, you use a lot more energy for termo regulation your body will start to turn of less needed functions because of simple lack of energy, reproductive drive is one of the first that is going to be turned off or tuned down, because it is a extreme energy dump.

Just make sure you eat some healthy fats and get the proper nutrition. I'm betting proper nutrition is better than more crappy calories. I used to be really skinny, averaging a 5% body fat all the time.. Since I started training and gained a healthy 10-12% body fat and more muscle mass, I simply can't stop pulling the meat. I simply keep yanking the damn meat and it won't stay down. My hands are tired, my skin is irritated, I need to lower body fat a bit.

@@miguelmarquez4192 it's all about discipline. You're talking to a certified stoner but as I focused more on my health I realized my need to smoke a lot became more so to like twice or once a day. And in that session I get really baked and it's everyday but I'm more physical and have better diet so it balances it all well.
I had a similar result after 6 months of intermittent fasting. My sex drive was none existent. After going back to normal eating pattern, minimum 3 meals a day, my sex drive came back. I done break and tried fasting again with same results. It's simple, when your body fat is low or food is scarce, our bodies are in a survival mode rather than reproduction. I'm done with fasting. I'm much happier with 15% body fat and healthy sex drive.

Being ~7% body fat I am going through all of the side effects you talked about except for the sex drive and grumpiness.
My hormones (as in sex drive) are really well, and grumpiness isn't a problem because I'm always in a mundane mood anyways.
Also I have a solution for the soreness and lack of energy you get when working out at a low body fat %, what has worked for me is adding about 30-50 grams of Pure Cane Sugar (there may be a better alternative sugar idk) to my water bottle before a workout everytime I work out, (along with pre-workout if you are used to pre-workout) it gives me energy when exercising and it leaves me with a fast recovery so I am not sore the next day. So I'd recommend trying it for anyone who is going for low body fat, it may or may not help.

TBH, I've been as low as maybe 8% body fat and had no adverse effects. But I was drinking lots of fresh juice so maybe that helped?
