I meditated 20 minutes every single day for a month. From some studies I've read, 20 minutes is enough to get noticeable benefits after a few months. I'm going to continue meditating well into the future

Thanks for this video!! You motivated me to do a month-long meditation challenge!! I've been meditating each morning (except maybe 1 a week) for about a year and although that's a good, long habit, I only meditate in the morning for 3-10 minutes and I really want to try doing those longer meditation sessions too!! I want to keep up my morning meditation habit and also do an afternoon/evening meditation of 20 mins a day 😃 Starting today!

Can you make a video of how you improved your 400meter time in such little time I found it fantastic how you dropped 7 seconds in just 5 weeks it took me 1 track season to drop 2 seconds from 59 to 57
At that time, I was starting from nothing so I made very fast gains. I did mostly speed work and lactic acid work but I can't remember the exact work outs. I also ate ridiculously healthy and lost some weight which probably helped as well.
