Brother you are saving lives out there and good teacher many people say it's easy but till you seat on a bike you have no idea what kind of power you have between your lags.
Mi Hermano just loaned me his 2012 R6. He wants me to ride it to Mississippi with his group so he can take his Porsche. Its my first time riding a sports bike. I'm used to Harley's and dirt bikes. I got the stopping, the shifting, and turning (it's a little harder because he has an extended swing arm) but my biggest issue is launching. I let that clutch go way too quick most of the time. We spent about 2 hrs in a parking lot and now it's at my house. This video definitely helped me understand the clutch better. His clutch is a little messed up, it's not stiff, it's very easy to squeeze. It's that sweet spot is tricky. But your explanation definitely helped me out
You are very good 👍 In general out of your experience if you practice every day and put your heart in it how long it’s going to take you to be good driver (.... not talking about doing wheelies or that stuff ) thanks again
I feel like in a years time when I’m actually old enough I’ll be able to ride well because I’m use to dirt bikes and riding bike with clutch’s and how to properly use one. And yes i know theses bikes are powerful and it a lot different riding on road but I’m sure after a couple rides I’ll feel like I’ve been riding for a long long time
I agree with you, just respect the speed of the bigger bike & ride more responsible than you would a dirt bike & you’ll be solid! & yea if you know how to handle the clutch on anything then your good!
Hows he doing now? Reason I ask is because I'm kinda a new rider too. And I found it nice to use mostly your core to hold your body up instead of leaning on the bars. I like how you said no throttle. "Gotta get at least one perfect run...or Ima feel like Im not doing my job" LOLOL I know how you feel bro. I've taught 3 people so far and a lot of these type of videos, people give too much info at one time. sounds like youre doing it right 💯
Much love my man! & yeah you definitely have to be patient teaching someone how to ride a death machine. But my friend is now riding and he learned within two weeks like actually on the actual street. And after he mastered it he then sold his bike like a month later🤷🏾♂️
@@BuildingDBE Damn 🤦🏾♂️ Yeah this is a new hobby for me and I absolutely LOVE it! Definitely just subscribe and bout to check out all the bike vids. So you might see me in your notifications a lot tonight so don’t mind me lol.
I got an r6 with no knowledge on bikes and so far I’ve done really good I’ve been working on slow speed maneuvers 🤬 but at the end is all worth it I can do 360 sharp turn going left but when I try going right I just can’t so not I gotta practice that more doesn’t help that I’m 5’7 and tiptoeing although I was considering lowering it till people told me it was a really bad idea
First-time bike owner as well. I found a beautiful bike I could afford and she happens to be a 600. That was not my goal as I have no desire to hit the track, or do crazy stupid stunts and die. But I have had every person tell me from the get-go that it's irresponsible, etc. I plan on going super slow because YES - I do realize she's a terrifyingly fast machine and I have all the respect in the world for how fast she can go. I've told people I plan on being super slow. Like baby-steps slow and you still get negative feedback FML
I know I’m catching it late, how is he doing now? He ridin yet bro? I’m about to get my first bike soon. I’m trying to decide if I’m gonna get an R3 or an R6.
He did eventually master it he was comfortable enough to ride through neighborhoods but later after he sold the bike because his parents didn’t want the bike at their house!
No I’m 17 and getting one today I had a 250 before too slow however I know a 600 is 20x faster just be calm and respect the bike but it’s a big ass bike I’m 5,8
As long as you have respect and self-control, you can ride any bike as a beginner

@@BuildingDBE oh yes. I see in my side menu that you sold it. But I don’t wanna jump ahead of myself lol
@@BuildingDBE Do you think I should start on a 300/400 or like a grom for somebody who’s never ridden before.
good teaching
Thanks brother!

LIFE WITH D. BLACK 🤙
I have a question, is driving a motorcycle similar as riding a pedaling bike?
Handling the handlebars is similar but balancing is a lot different because it’s 300 pounds heavier!
How tall are you? I’m 5:11 can I able to handle the bike fine?
Yes! I’m 5’5 & it’s a perfect fit for me it’ll be like riding a Honda grom for you 😆
@@BuildingDBE what height is that rider im 5'5 as well
What’s the brand of the helmets?
I’m getting an r6 soon, is that a good starter for me as a 16 year old?
No I’m 17 and getting one today I had a 250 before too slow however I know a 600 is 20x faster just be calm and respect the bike but it’s a big ass bike I’m 5,8
what year is the r6'
?
2006
how tall is he or u ?? jus curious cause I’m 5’8 n not sure if the bike will be too big
He’s 6ft
Am 5,5 and I ride the bike just fine I just do one foot but you should be tall enough for both sides
did subscribe bro..tnx
Thanks for the support!
Where is the 2nd part?
Sold the bike sorry 😞
@@BuildingDBE oh man, I’m a beginner rider myself an I was actually looking forward to part 2 lol why did u sell?
No that bike in the video was his bike he sold it!
@@BuildingDBE ah that sucks, did he ever learn to ride though? it’s hard to find a in-dept video on basic riding.
Yes he did learn but his parents didn’t want to let him park it in the garage at they’re house! So he had to sale it!
the body language says it all... watch the guy's hand, cant quit movin too damn annoying
Exactly right
