Yes, Chef! comes from the army, with its jackets and galleons. It no longer fits.
In the reality of a chef, long working hours, low salaries, little family reconciliation, shouting and bad words still persist. We continue to fight to rebuild the concept of the chef and to dignify their work, based on values and ethics that make them, their team and the world better. From the CIB · Culinary Institute of Barcelona, we believe in the educational field to lead the change.
We have nothing to celebrate yet.

En la realidad de un chef todavía persisten largas jornadas, salarios bajos, poca conciliación familiar, gritos y malas palabras. Seguimos luchando para reconstruir el concepto de chef y dignificar su trabajo basados en unos valores y una ética que les haga mejores, a ellos, a su equipo y al mundo. Desde el CIB · Culinary Institute of Barcelona, creemos en el ámbito educativo para liderar el cambio.
