Medium-firm pillows are recommended for back sleepers who change positions frequently. Side sleepers should consider denser and slightly higher pillows, while stomach sleepers should opt for thin pillows or no pillows at all to avoid too much extension in the neck.
    When selecting a pillow material, it's important to consider your priorities, such as support, comfort, hypoallergenic properties, breathability, and durability. Common materials include down, memory foam, latex, bamboo, microbead, and buckwheat.
