All purpose flour (Maida) 2 Cups
Salt 1 Tsp
Sugar 1/2 Tsp
Baking soda (A pinch)
Water 3/4 Cup (approx)
Butter and garlic paste:
Garlic 5 cloves
Butter 2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Butter as needed to cook the parathas
