First ways of preparing parathas i have done and third one never tried though i am aware ,but now i will try you are simply amazing .thanku for your delicious parathas
We finally made them this Sunday. They turned out awesome! We tried all the three variation of getting the layers. They were fun to make and all came out good. My personal fav was the last one - cut with the pizza slicer and swirl. This method got some extra layers and made them a little more crispy. Also, thanks for all the pro tips! The special mention of applying enough water to the base was helpful. None of them fell off the pan while cooking!

My late mother used to make Paranthas using the cutter method. Little did we know and little did we realise her skill then. It was back when UA-cam wasn't a thing. 😃 Thanks for bringing those memories back.

For garlic paratha
Ingredients:
Dough balls
Dry flour
Garlic (chopped)
Fresh coriander
Melted ghee
