It depends on your symptoms. Every tear doesn’t need surgery

Sir would you pls tell me what is my problem in my knee I am a teenager and in my both knees sound comes when I sit and stand sometimes when I sit for more than 1 hour. pain starts In my left knee joint actually it's not pain. Because, when I stands than It normal again but nowdays recently when I was walking I felt like gap in my left knee joint so pls tell me there are no pain in this when I do work in my routine so pls tell me is it any serious problem
