    I was suffering from this pain from last 6-7 days. I just follows abstinence you told and perform this three exercises. I recovered in just 4 days.

      @@mansidawas1390 Do not try to bend your knees more than 45° and perform these exercise. You'll get relief with 3 days. Otherwise you should concern your orthopedic.

    Hats off to you Sir, I am a 42 year old female and I am experiencing the same pain for the last 4years. I stay in Madhya Pradesh and consulted many orthopedic doctors for my knee pain. They wrote on my prescription that it is the beginning of arthritis. I am so glad after watching your video as my symptoms match with what you explained.       monza jeje I have same thing and age is same as you since I have changed many doctors cause no one could help me. And my cartilage is already damaged and can’t walk or stand for 5 minutes..

      @@beautyofislam8636 I have found a site for you. Please see this video and start taking the advised ingredient.it may help. Also do not loose morale cuz you never know when our sins are paid, and our bad phase passes for good.
      You will be alright.you should still look for another orthopedic doctor and also physiotherapist, til you find a permanent solution.

    Sir, im just 22. Im feeling cracking, clicking and friction while leg extension activity. Also after X - Ray my left knee joints are close 😭. Doctor told me my joints are like old age... But i don't have any pain on my joints yet.
    What should I do now?

    Sir thank you for providing all insights into the problem and some good exercises. I started doing those three exercises and feeling a little bit better on the Knee. How long should I continue doing these exercises? Also, I am eagerly waiting for part 2 about how to loosen up the IT band or outer quad muscle. Thanks!

      Try to put less pressure on your knee don’t rotate it

      No you can’t do any exercise that put pressure on your knee check in with your doctor or physical therapy for further treatment

      Winner of a video, I have been researching "pain under my kneecap" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Jeneah Lansaiah Framework - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.

    I got bike accident a year ago there was little injury on outside area of knee but the Pain was very very high. I have gone to Dr. Many Dr. I take X-Ray but report was good. I can't fully straight my leg knee. The distance between injured knee decrease. The Diagnose Centre Mentioned It As Ostiorthitid. I am 21. Please tell me what to do? Whenever i want to bend and straight my leg there is pain in my knee during this period of Motion. Please Suggest Me What To Do?
