Cocktail Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp horseradish
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp minced white onion
1 tbsp finely chopped parlsey
1 tbsp finely chopped capers
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
salt to taste
Red Wine Mignonette:
2 tbsp mined red onion
1 tbsp minced white onion
1 tbsp cracked black pepper

I didn’t like seafood as a child but that changed when I grew up. Scallops, crab legs, shrimp, lobster tail.. so good!

I grew up with a ton of seafood and although Georgia isn’t really known for it, we’re close by a lot of fishing states (Florida, South Carolina, and Louisiana) so we get some really tasty stuff. Ironically out of all the places I’ve had, like high end even, my favorite is this very small shack under a bridge that leads into Daytona FL, it’s nothing to bat an eye at but you can get shark bites, gator bites, oysters, shrimp, you name it, then to top it off there’s a seafood market right next door and it’s everything they caught that day, snapper, trout, sea bass if you’re lucky, just typing this out got me hungry

Your presentations were nicer back in 2015...you had better light, lighter cleaner backgrounds and your thumbnails were more attention-grabbing. Maybe you should try that formula again.
