Hi, are you in communication with your doctor about this level of fasting? I worry not eating for full days is unsustainable and can cause harm. Maybe try eating daily but logging your food? To be in a healthy calorie deficit. Especially if you’re in pain and tired, this may not be a healthy option. I know weight (for me too) is a difficult journey but a balanced approach can make all the difference

i know some people may not agree with this because americans are taught to eat everything on your plate and to physically feel full but, if youre eating and you start to feel FULL or HEAVY in your tummy, your portions are too big. It takes trial and error to figure out YOUR bodys portion size, but for a rule of thumb, eat slowly, and once you realize the hunger is gone, the body and brain are no longer HUNGRY, like growling or rumbling, save the food for later. I think the problem alot of people have is overreating simply because they were taught wrong, we should be HUNGRY multiple times a day, we should eat multiple times a day, so that means we need to eat small meals, 3 meals a day means the meals are WAY too big, this is just my opinion though, i went from 180 lbs to 130 lbs simply by eating 5 to 6 small, 100 to 200 calorie meals throughout the day

I think this isn't the way. Starving is never good. By the fact that you think about food quite often and watch videos about food maybe even therapy would be good. Ask yourself... Am I trying to replace something that I am missing in my life with food?

sometimes people have a harder time when it comes to dedicating into a healthy lifestyle. it’s pretty common for those who start out, to have a limited intake and rely on liquids instead. this is just the option that seems to work for the creator and that’s perfectly okay :)

I know how you feel and you're not alone in struggling at all... I still struggle all the time. I have fear and doubt and often fail to take care of myself the way I should. I believe I will succeed eventually and slowly be better but it's still hard all the time. Have courage 💗

When your title said “severe obesity”, I thought you meant like 400/500lbs. Your size is not severely obese. I hope you can be kind to yourself.

My husband loves junk food and so sometimes he's a bad influence on my quest to eating healthier too. But i've started pairing the bad foods with good. I would have asked him to get a salad with the pizza too, or just whip one up myself. And for tbe cold drink, i would have had water. Im not trying to bash you or anything, but i think instead of feeling bad for eating junk food, just pair it with healthy items and call it balance

yes! i second this. there is nothing wrong with having a pizza! but if we eat with a salad on the side, we'll naturally have less pizza because we're pairing it with something else. it's about making your eating habits more sustainable

go to functional doctor, some supplements have allowed me to lose weight. Starving yourself never takes weight off, it just drops the metabolism. Ask me how I know. I think you have medical problems causing your weight, maybe thyroid or swelling or Lipedema, or something. How do you not pass out during fast days or get migraines? I go 7 hours without food and my vision goes wonky and migraine from hell comes. [I can go days without eating when sick but doesn't work that way on normal days] You are a midsized person, maybe you aren't meant to be super thin. I lost 250lbs from MEDICAL TREATMENT. Still fat but I got serious stuff wrong with me. The diet train goes nowhere good. it was BS. I lack food now due to finances and you can afford all the good stuff, so I don't think food is your problem.

the only thing that produces fat on the body is calories. However there are different factors that alter how many calories we can have before our body stores it for fat, since if we eat too many calories than our body needs, it goes to fat. if you look at her portion sizes on the days she eats, id say its 2000 plus. For some people they can lose weight eating 2000 to 2500, but guessing she is a young female of the shorter stature, that might be a surplus. Honestly, the only way to lose actual body fat is to figure out daily caloric needs and consume at least 200 calories less than that, which takes counting calories, measuring food, portion control, and all of that takes time and effort, and most people when theyre hungry, the last thing they want to do is wait, measure, scale and add up calories

@@CayWood-b8d CICO is failing many. The vlogger maybe could cut sugar and liquid calories but low metabolism and other health problems do cause obesity. Diets have failed for 50 years.
