ILY IMMY
You are too sweet xxxxxx
You’re an amazing human being inside and out!! I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your world with us and forwarding what you learn! I have been a silent viewer for some time now but it’s great to see someone thrive! I’m here for it and you just seem so down to earth! Love ya and your videos! ❤
Very inspiring to see so many meals filled with vegetables and healthy proteins. Thanks for sharing this week with us!
I truly love how calming her approach is, she inspires me so much to make my meals as balance as possible as a college student trying to budget as much as I can, I love sharing my own recipes on my UA-cam channel :3 hoping to inspire others
Funny story: a few years ago, I had (what I thought were) several volunteer squash shoots in my compost. I was so excited, so I planted several of them. Imagine my surprise when, a few months later, I realized they were all actually MINI pumpkins (that we had composted the previous fall) 🎃🤣. OH, and I also love green belly hot sauce! 🙌🏼
Omg that is so cute!! Haha well it will be a surprise to me if mine turn out to be something other than butternut squash, but now I'm a little excited that they might be pumpkins lol
You cannot believe how much this video relaxed me... the music, sounds 😊
I'm so glad!
I loved your bucket hat you knit. Beautiful!
15:38 “this is how you know youre in your thirties” girl im just starting my 20’s and that was very exciting to hear i swear ur fine
I'd love to see more about making your own oatmeal and yoghurt! It's so dang expensive to buy from the store, but I have zero clue what I would (need) to do to make my own and what to look out for
As I am a Korean, your Mandoo looks so lovely and perfect 💕💕 I appreciate you use the word Mandoo! Stay healthy, your video always make me feel happy.
I love that you’re wearing The Mustards Merch! So fun! LOVE your eat in a week and food prep videos!❤
Yay! Thank you!
excited for the sourdough guide! in before she writes a book!! ❤
You're improving so much with your crochet projects!! Well done and thank you for all of these delicious food ideas ✨
Thank you!! I've really been working hard!
My favourite videos to watch with a cup of tea and a healthy treat!
you should make a video on your plants and how you take care of them!
Do be careful with squash from your compost. Sometimes, the different kinds of squash like to fertilize each other, and the outcome is not always edible. Learned that from experience.
so calming, thank you
I loved this video!! I can appreciate the ‘silent’ moments with no added music
Loved today’s video and your energy in it! and all of the new series so far! Thank you for sharing :-)
Hey Immy, loved this video. You seem so happy, and so energetic in this one! Been here for a few years, it's been great watching you grow and build such a wonderful life for yourself. I' m happy watching you be happy! Also I love your wardrobe - the clothes you wear look so comfy and suit you so well!
Ur personality/mannerisms reminds me of my childhood friend for 20years, her name was Aisha & we went school & highschool together....u speak the same, it's crazy. We''re not in touch anymore sadly but I think about her from time to time. U remind me of her so much. I've subscribed
Love seeing the garden and climbing ☺️☺️
Love everything, especially the The Mustards shirt!! ❤
I make my own yoghurt - my InstantPot has a yoghurt setting which makes it very easy (I make it from cow’s milk so I imagine a non-dairy milk might need a slightly different treatment). Essentially I boil my milk on the first setting, let it cool to around 35C, add my culture (or a few tablespoons of previous yoghurt which you can loosen a bit with the boiled milk) and leave it to inoculate and thicken overnight on the second setting. Obviously I’m not making my own milk, but the Instant Pot reduces the yoghurt labour to about 5 minutes 💚
Love your videos, and I enjoy seeing your sense of humour!! Love your bucket hat, love love love !! Looking forward to the pdf on sourdough I would really like to make it but have had some failures 😊 thank you 🙏🏻 x
Cute hat! And a very impressive tray of dumplings!!
OK… I know this video is about yummy made-from-scratch food and kitchen inspo, but can I just give a wee shout out to journaling? Did I miss it? Yeah to any type of journaling!! Mindfulness journal, bullet journal, gratitude journal, health journal, fitness journal, garden journal… that wonderful connectivity between our brain, thoughts, and hands. And let’s not forget that journaling goes well with coffee, tea, or a snack. There’s just so much to love about journaling. Does this mean you’ll be starting a crochet journal, Immy, or maybe a DIY projects journal? Just a wee suggestion. No matter tho’… I’m looking forward to seeing all your upcoming activities, projects, series, and other cool initiatives. I’m also very excited for Skilled Girl Summer… Whoop!! Whoop!! TYSM, Ⓜary💕📚💦🏊♀
16:45 - Did I see your old KeepCup? Oh, that wonderful little memento from days gone by!! 18:57 - Dumplings, glorious Dumplings!! T’is the Season for Dumplings!! Immy, I just love this Dumpling Connection we have here on your channel. TYSM for the inspo!! Ⓜary💕🥟
Loved the video, the format and the mix of seeing what you eat and what you do is very nice and inspiring! It was also a good reminder to soak my soy beans for tempeh
I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed this video in particular ❤
I really loved this. No notes!
ah thank you so much! And thanks for taking the time to comment
Yes loved it!
I just love love love your longform content! Have been saving this video for the perfect moment because I always want to pay my fullest attention to your videos as they are a) such an inspiration and b) insanely calming. I just enjoy your personality so much and the fact that you’re so curious about so many things makes me want to engage my curiosity more again. Have been pretty frustrated with life lately and your videos bring me so much energy and make me want to take life back into my own hands. Thanks Immy!❤
Hi Immy, it’s nice to see you again. I have inadvertently not seen your videos since around the time you got married. (Sorry )
Last Autumn was really bad for me and I was housebound until the end of March. Chronic illnesses can really suck.
So, hello again. I always enjoy longer form videos and though I’m not vegan, I’m always interested in food and what other people cook. So keep it coming. I would also love to see more of your environment, having been stuck at home so much, and Spring is only just getting started in London, I love seeing the outdoors in other parts of the world. xxx
Loved this video!!
What a great video Imy, I really enjoyed it! It’s always so fun and interesting to draw inspiration from hacks and tasks from your everyday life, recipes and learning new things from you. Such a great job!
I do not like running, wish I did. I have made myself in the past but my knees really don’t enjoy it. I do, however, climb indoors mostly to challenge my fear of heights and I attend bootcamp a HIIT workout 4 times a week, I walk and I just bought a bike to start touring around. I am 62 and I have grandchildren that also keep me busy helping out their parents with drives etc. as needed. Thankfully I am retired. I enjoy crocheting also. What pattern or video did you use to make your bucket hat? And I enjoy making junk journals for gifts. I also enjoy reading. I don’t enjoy cooking. I’m a vegetarian. I love your videos.
Brilliant ❤
This was fantastic! TYFS
Really enjoyed this video from you - this format and content is completely my vibe. I love seeing the kinds of things you're eating, but especially what you're making at home! It's always fun to see how other people approach cooking things from scratch. I feel like I always learn a new trick or technique to experiment with from your videos. :)
I would love to hear an update on how your yogurt turned out! I've been making oat + soy yogurt at home for about a year now and think I've finally gotten it to where I like it. The real turning point for me was learning a trick from Miyoko Schinner to get rid of the potent "Soy" taste - before soaking, put the dried soybeans directly into boiling water for 1-2 minutes. After that, soak as you normally would. It seems like a small adjustment, but the affect it has on the flavor is astonishing.
Also, I agree with you on Lenny's cookies. I always want them to be better than they are, but they always just taste like disappointment...😅
What a lovely video 🤗
This must be one of my favourite videos from you :)
Wow, thank you so much xx
Great video - loving the content 😊
Loved the video! More of you is shining through
Such a wonderful video! 😊
Loved watching, thank you.❤
LOOOOVEE YOUR VLOGGGGSS, YOU REALLY INSPIRE ME!
Would you ever try some South African recipes?
Chakalaka (normally served at Braai's or your BBQS).
Beans Bunny / Bunny Chows (nothing to do with rabbits or meat).
Very enjoyable video😊
Thoroughly enjoyed this video! Love your content!
Love your videos ❤❤❤
How did the yogurt turn out?
What a lovely video, thank you for sharing!
Hello 🙂I like how it this video format shows small glimpses of your day-to-day life, vlog style
I love to see your gardening and climbing. 😊
Something about your energy is very soothing.
Just gotta say I LOVE these videos❤❤❤ it makes my week when you post
Love this and especially the climbing content ! Definitely would be cool to see your climbing journey :)
Lovely, truly. I'm excited to see how your own seeds do in the Lettuce Grow!
Plz plz make a video series on making different types of plant based milks!
Love the long videos
Hey Immy. I've watched you for ages and love the content. Have you considered rain barrels? One way I decrease my impact is to store that water to use in all my gardens. With 2 barrels, I never need to use tap water. I've been amazed. I got mine used from the neighborhood by just asking on a local free share site. Wishing you well and keep up the lovely work❤
Really enjoyed this video! Love the cooking and garden content :)
It’s always good to see creators making what they want but I do love your long form videos! Your videos helped me so much in Covid
I really enjoyed this whole video. An Immy sampler! ❤
love this video, pliiiis more like this one!! Hi from Spain :)
Thank you! Will do!
WOW you cook so much and I wish I was like that. I try and do and make bulk meals so that I am not cooking daily. I cant wait to try that curry !
More what I eat in a week videos, yay!! 🥳 You reminded me of sprouts, I've just found them in the kitchen (out of sight, out of mind 😅).
I'm so excited about this PDF! Maybe I will be brave enough to bake bread? I'm not sure if my oven can handle it but anyway I'm excited for your tips 😃
It is so hard not to be hungry while watching your videos, it looks like a feast to me 😍
Yay! Thank you!
this video was so fun and full of energy and good vibes
Yay so excited to see what you are going to be doing. I love the what I eat in a week and as a person who is almost 30 I can't wait for a in my 30's series.
I enjoyed this video so much, thank you:)
Hello and thank you for the video! I started watching when having my dinner and after that I was making a dough for my bread, so it felt like I was in a really good company! Like talking to a friend ❤
Loved seeing all these aspects of your life! I love seeing the rock climbing and would love to see some of your outdoor adventures//how you prepare for them with food and otherwise.
Loved the video! Thank you for sharing Immy! ❤😊
Liked this one! Found however that the warmup wasn’t substantial enough for the arm exercises later on. Also, it would be great to mention the level of the workouts generally speaking, so that the choice is made easier with a sleepy head in the morning. 😉 (This one was intermediate level in my pov.)
What a fun video! And also a bit inspirational - thank you!
Love this and can’t wait to try my own sourdough
best video i´ve seen of you so far :)
I loved this video!!! Your content is just so relatable. I’d love to know more about how you’re gardening in small spaces and can’t wait to see how the yogurt turns out 😊
The snickerdoodle protein cookies are the best flavor!!! I love them!
You’re awesome and I always love all your content!
Thank you so much x
I really enjoyed the tone of this video! It felt very casual but still included good information/mentions that made me think of some projects I might like to give a go myself (like growing microgreens/sprouts)
I don't care for Corvus coffee, my favorite local roaster is Bluegrass out of Arvada. They are amazing!!
pine Mellon seems like such a great option! I will have to look for something like that near me. I also must say I never enjoyed seltzers, but I haven’t tried a spin drift yet that I didn’t like!
I just love this video!! To see how you eat and prepare foods, all recipes look delicious. Also love seeing you garden, it’s all so inspiring! I also enjoy your humour and personality shine and how natural you are in front of the camera. I’ve been struggling with sourdough so I can’t wait till you show us how. Thank you so much for all this amazing content.
I really loved your energy and honesty in this video 😊 Also, I’d be super interested in seeing more of the local area where you live, your favorite places around Denver (like a “follow me around” sort of vlog)!
Thank you for this video! It was great seeing more of your garden and climbing! I would love to know what are your best advice for people starting with gardening or fermented food :)
I still use your tortilla recipe from forever ago ❤️
Loved this video. I just found you and enjoyed your content so much and surely will be back for every video you release. Very inspiring and humble and wonderful video thank you.
ooooh the food looks soooo good!!! Especially the korean dumplings, it looks like a lot of work went into it! Well Done on your healthy foods habit around period time, I found I have similar thing especially if I avoid sugar and sweet foods :) Great job on climbing!!! Take care 🥦🍓🍉🥑💙
I lived in Denver for many years and have since moved away. I love Colorado so much and miss it terribly!
Ah where did you move to? I love it here a lot!
New England, pretty here too but I miss Colorado's sunshine. I'm glad you love it there!
Love this style of videos, am really enjoying your life in the US!
Thank you so much! It's always great to hear what's working and what isn't so this feedback is really helpful x
I must have missed it but can you post the recipe to the pumpkin curry and the recipe you used the preserved lemons? They looked SO delicious.
Loved this video ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch xx
One thing I'd love to make from scratch, since they're so versatile, are tortillas. Have you tried?
soooo much deliciousness! thank you for sharing all this goodness with us Immy 😍I always am inspired but everything you create/cook/grow. also I was in Vietnam last year and we became OBSESSED with kumquat iced tea, so refreshing and could be a fun recipe for you to try! xx
same, like she inspires my own cooking so much since I found her, and I have been loving getting in the kitchen lately a lot
We call them aquilegias here in the UK 😉 and I hate to be that person but they grow like weeds in my garden and I didn’t even sow any of them 😅 they really are lovely. Mine are already out in flower.
I’m even growing soya this year, which is a first. Apparently we can grow them here now in the UK. Everything has been very early this year but also very, very wet (more so than usual for the UK). This is impacting farmers here so growing your own has never been so important.
Same here with the yogurt been making it for a few months now using a Bulgarian starter. Yes you can use your previous batch as starter for your next. I’ve done this with chickpea curd in an Indian curd pot. I use the instant pot yogurt setting for my soya yogurt overnight.
Have you tried freezing grapes, they’re so refreshing to eat when partially defrosted. Also those cookies, grim, gave me a terrible stomach ache. Too much pea protein.
Thanks for sharing the tip about frozen grapes. I just adore grapes, and I can imagine that on a hot day or as a sweet treat on a road trip that frozen grapes would be so amazing! Defo going to try this. TYSM!! Ⓜary🍇🍇
Love to hear you talk about climbing and see a bit of your local area! I’ve been climbing for around 6 years now (mostly bouldering) and enjoy climbing outside although live in one of the flattest parts of UK (Norfolk) but me and my husband are in process of getting our van converted to go away for weekend trips climbing and walking up north ☺️ Always have enjoyed your videos so thank you! P.S excited to hear Jess is thinking of starting a UA-cam channel I enjoy following her on Instagram!
Uhh everything looks delicious! I wish I had space to grow veggies, but this year I at least trying to grow some herbs on my balcony. It's still a little bit cold here in Finland, still have some minus degrees at night, so nothing out there yet, but have pots and soil ready :D
Loved this! I’m a fairly new subscriber and this is my first comment. Have been loving your back catalogue of videos too. So inspiring!☺️
ah thank you so so much that really means a lot xx
