"Preliminary assessment concluded that full reconstruction was impossible." They have a soul-extractor and, like, five different ways of making clones.
You haven't play Soma, right ?
@@siddbastard Yeah but the soul extractor is actually extracting. It does cut/paste, not copy/paste like in SOMA

With canon as loose as it is, who knows what scps are true in this continuity?
@@Detson404 In my mind, it's not that canon is loose it's that we have access to SCP files across a multiverse where certain iterations of the foundations have certain SCPs but not others. Hence that one file on the Sun destroying Earth. This universe you and I are in is where the foundation is simply fictional, and almost no anomalies exist, which is why all these files are publicly available.
Ah snap, I was like “I wonder if he’s going to do the experiment log too.” And then he did. Good show, old chap.
How are there no replies to this

This one is so sad. Even though I know it's fiction, I can't help but feel so sorry for the poor girl.
Same here dude
I want to introduce her to scp 999 to make her happy again.
Aaron Verasammy The Authors of the articles, probably.
@@deathslayer4600 that if they are saying that for cover up?
@@divifilius4957 I got a better idea, they're not covering up everything, the SCP foundation is real but they just deal with the SCPs that are harmless and fun like SCP-999 and SCP-1689 (sack of potatoes). They just make up the scarier, more dangerous stuff to make their job seem more interesting.
Request neutralization for said SCP, via deconstruction.
Reason: Mercy
Trigger Me6 it can't be killed
Perhaps the conscious (soul) could be transferred over to a computer or data system
Trigger Me6 well there is an SCP that can extract souls from one body and then store them or move them to a different body. It's one of the older ones. I can't quite remember the designation but if I had to guess, I think it was 158
Trigger Me6 Something you may want to bring up to the Ethics Committee.
Kampfarsch You realize she's lying right? She definitely has depression. People like to hide their depression so they don't bring down the mood. Like me. I have depression but I act like I don't and hide it behind a smile.
...And for this reason, Dr. Bright is no longer allowed to be within 500 meters of SCP-191,
-Actually, he isn't allowed within proximity of any child SCP in general,
-No, not even if he only wants "to hug the little guy".
To be fair, with this SCP a hug would be a good idea
Sqocks I think a hug would only hurt her to some extent

I honestly thought it was pretty fucking cool that SCP-191 just looked at a broken Wii disk and just perfectly emulated the game
which game should it be according to the deleted letters?
TTHBLOX /BIONICLE good question... But such an ability would be useful. And in today's technology level, almost possible!
*Electronic Arts would like to know SCP-191's location.*
This SCP is one of those that are just ruined by the massive amount of expunged data... it can be used for the sake of mystery when reasonable but it doesn't make any sense in some places
ShroomWalrus Thank you, I absolutely hate this too.
Atleast in some of the unnecessary places it's obvious what was censored. "[REDACTED] Paint" = MS Paint, and the video editing software is probably Adobe Ps, Premiere or Sony Vegas or something. But the redactions of her description REALLY didn't make sense. How would knowing any of that cause a containment breach? (imo info should only be redacted if it could cause a breach)
I was thinking that too. I thought the part about her reanimation function was well done though. Giving enough information that you can make your own assumptions.
It's when it seems like a huge chunk of information is missing and they give you nothing to go on it gets annoying imo.
@@ajaycaligari it could be Mario Paint
that rminds me of that green slime that must not come into contact with dead bodies, so much unnecessary redaction and data expunged's

She just needs a hug. Many hug. All hug.
Your American accent is on point, by the way. For the longest time I thought it was a different voice actor doing Miller. Only thing that gives it away area few different pronunciations, like 'Vitamins'. Anyway, really enjoy this content. You're doing an awesome job.
misterballistics vitamins and ninety. For us, in the Midwest at least, the *i* is long in vitamins and we change the *t* in ninety to a d.
nine"d"y is actualy ubiquitous for the deep south also we pronouce vitamins as "Vi da menz"
His Miller voice reminds me of Dr Wilson from House
@@bearcatben4762 I'm from the Mid-East and say "Vi Da Menz" as well as "Nine Dee"
My grandma used to pronounce vitamins like he does. She's was raised in Ohio.
Protect at all costs
also give her a speaker
Or a radio set, like they did for 2273.
At the very least a text-to-speech device
I'm the only one who would give her a hug even if would lose my job or even be terminated?
"Accidentally snapped the disc in two" so you probably have a chance of dying
As a Servant of the Omnissiah, i can assure you this child is not an SCP, simply a young tech priest
*shudders in binary*
One day, the crude biomass that they call the Temple **will** wither, and they will beg our kind to save them...
But we are already saved
I read about this one beforehand. ya always feel bad for the little kid SCPs. of which there are, disturbingly, quite a few.
Hannah 653 53? ain't she the one that can bring weird things to life? I read about her too. relatively speaking she has a good life in the foundation but I do pity her. she's basically trapped and she's done nothing wrong.
SCP -231-7 is a 8 year old i believe and its even worse when you hear what happened to her. And Montauk-118...
Hannah 653 oh yeah! yeah I read about her too. yeah she's pretty tragic, no wonder that lizard monster is pictured with her so often. he's the only one not compelled to hurt her.
The 682 interaction is supposed to be actually about the abilities of 682 rather than 053. It's because the lizard knows that if it tried to kill 053, it will be subject to the affects of 053 (i.e. death through heart attack, or in the lizard's case, just death? I guess). Therefore, it develops evolutions which allow it to be docile in the presence of 053 to prevent the effects of 053 from taking place
239 too , even though she is powerful , she seems innocent , the only problem is she doesn't grasp the full extent of her powers or what it can do , though she can fix the alterations that she done she's still dangerous if left alone.
though i do believe if 239 was mentored like most of the child scp and thought the proper use of their abilities they could be the best assets for the foundation especially 239 with her reality bending abilities.
the foundation should have trained personnel to handle kids specifically like a surrogate parent/mentor/teacher.
they should be thought lessons , raised like a normal kid would be but still they should know how to use their abilities and powers to be better use to society or at least in the foundation. if they do grow old they could be assigned to be a special agent guided and mentored by agents who raised him/her.
if done they did their job properly , they could reward them a trip outside an amusement park. of course the foundation should clear all other people first for safety measures.
What if you wanted to go to heaven but god said *[REDACTED]*

The longer something's in the Foundation's captivity, the more problematic it becomes simply by the nature of the Foundation's methodology.
I would imagine that at some point, she's gonna ask about her family and where she came from, either out of curiosity or maybe a memory that comes up. That's gonna be a day.

*Form:* SCP-191 described SCP-████ using ██ Paint as female in stanadart Foundation lab coat with attached name tag of Dr. ████ █████ , and small badges with images of Shrek and Tyto alba (Barn owl) next to it. Foundation has no record of any Dr. ████ █████.
SCP-████ materialized in SCP-191 containment unit and hugged SCP-19. Acording to video surveillance, SCP-████ apeared out of small rift in space and dissapeard by fadeing out.
.
*Individual:* SCP-507
*Form:* A Caucasian male, grey trousers, jacked and hat, brown eyes
SCP-507 claims that SCP-████ found him after his "shift", during which his leg was hurt. SCP-████ then helped him to walk in general direction to Site-██. When they sighted Foundation agents, SCP-████ put SCP-507 on tree stump and walked away.
.
*Individual:* Dr. Jack Bright
*Form:* a male with dark brown hair in orange D-class atire
After one of Dr. Brights atempts to free himself from SCP-963 SCP-████ sat next to him and patted Dr. Bright on shoulder, SCP-████ dissapeared without Dr. Bright noticing.

You have the words ice and cryo in your name you shouldn't be allowed anywhere near someone with temperature sensitivity issues let alone a child with exposed metal on their body you get the hell out of here ;)
IceLordCryo
you are joking, right?
Eh. I mean you do have to keep in mind that she’s like... a cyborg. You need to know how to take care of a cyborg. I don’t even know how to take care of a cyborg. If you can take care of a cyborg then yea sure. And since it’s already in containment then I’m sure you need to sign a lot of papers and spend a lot of money. A LOT of money.
nah a person like you would just end up killing her

Yeah have fun trying to not get killed by a crazed robotic kid,
That's if the foundation dosent gun you down first.
"One standard hazardous waste disposal unit"... so... a toilet?
More likely a modified camping toilet as you really aren't supposed to "flush" hazardous waste. Also the fact it comes out her back and, yeah.
I Literally started tearing up/crying when she was scared about reading the Wii Disc, and saying how she loaded it. Poor girl. I wish I could be the researcher behind it. She seems very kind, just misunderstood or something. She needs a friend, she's a child.

The chalkboard in the background shows Dr. Miller's name, with an arrow pointing to a classification. Is Dr Miller an SCP himself? Is that why all he does is read existing documents? Could be an interesting meta development...
I think about it every time I watch these videos
Sadly it doesn't quite fot with him having guest lecturers from time to time however it has been proposed that Dr. Miller is an scp himself, a semi sentient recorder that automatically logs all information on other scp's collected by the foundation.
wasn't Miller originally"researcher" Miller? when did he become doctor?

SMOL BOT CHILD! SMOL BOT CHILD NEED HUGZ!
But seriously, she really needs a hug.
This looks like a job for... The rocket surgeon! That's not a joke by the way the dude makes inorganic matter into organic matter at worst it's a stop gap solution at best a total cessation of the issues associated with being a hastily made cyborg
She wasn't amde hastily, as far as I can tell anyways. Seems like she's had a *looong* row of experiments done to her.
Nachtkriecher in this case hastily is referring to the general disregard of the creator it's clear she's a real patch job
A job for a sweet bear (and hug her when a little one can not cure brain damage).
I'd have to agree, that would easily work plus the surgeon would piss his pants 😂
@@anhdinhlamduc5700 Yeah better than the rocket surgeon. The bear with a heart of patchwork and the tickle monster twice a week ;v;
I wish there was an animated video interview of this poor girl... if she can type, then why not grant her access to a portable system that allows typed speech? Like the A.I. That’s gone corrupt, why not allow her a system with a USB port that she can always communicate through, and then give counseling through? I know SCP’s aren’t human, or at least aren’t anymore, but she’s just a Little Girl... I wish I could give her comfort, even though she may not be real, it just feels wrong ya know? It feels shitty and terrible
If she can access computers why not give her a computer with a copy of miss J's widz Kidz school house. Maybe she'll learn how to undo or better fix her situation so that she can live a little bit of a better life.
I seriously think that scp is highly under utilized. I can go on and on about the whole list of scps that could be a interesting cross test with scp 5094.
Sorry to bring up another scp when you were talking about this one I just had a thought I had to get out.

"Here's the problem. That's actually pronounced AN-ahl-GEE-Six. The pills go in your mouth."
i just thought of something, has anyone given 191 a text to speech and audio interface with encoding to attempt to create a personal voice or a voice of any kind within 191's digression. that sounds like a better use to explain more ideas to explain tests and understand 191's complacency or slight reluctance given that it understands the emotions of "anger".
This SCP is sad and all, but can’t we just remember the fact that she managed to replicate a photo perfectly in *MS Paint*
Sounds like the SCP version of The Gunslinger Girls
I wanna just teleport to the SCP universe for 5 seconds and give her a hug
I think this might be my new favorite SCP. Cyborgs are so cool, and stories where there’s a character who’s forced to become something unnatural are really interesting to me. I dunno why, but it’s always been my favorite type of story, and that type of character is always my favorite. A perfect mix of badass and feels. Cyborgs are just an awesome plot point, and no one can tell me otherwise. Also, I can’t help but imagine her as being adorable. She just sounds cute to me.
Sorry for my rant about how cool cyborgs are, tl;dr I really like cyborgs and sad backstories, and those two things go hand in hand.
Wait, Maybe I did not listen properly, but why forced? Was she a normal girl or was she forced to live like that, because of abuse and the raid?

SCP 191 should be given companionship visits with SCP 131 - A, SCP 131 - B, and SCP 999. She may be permanently melancholy, but she's still a child, a little interaction with non-lethal SCPs might be good for her.
I would actually enjoy being in a room with this SCP. If she can't talk, text editors are perfect. I would personally help her rehabilitate. That way she doesn't get frustrated over things.
This is sick. This ranks up there with "Play... with...me....Ed...ward..."
At least she’s in the care of the SCP Foundation now
Yeah they can be cruel and neglectful sometimes but they’re likely the only ones that can take care of her
Or you know there’s people like Manna Charitable Foundation or Serpent’s Hand, who might actually help her and not just watch her suffer.
Another entity I feel sorry for. I wonder if there is an SCP that can heal her? Get her back to normal.

Edit: I said 049 because of what happened in 049 vs 096
I love listening to videos like these as they make it much easier to have a grasp on how every SCP is unique and not just a site full of ghost stories.
What if it is only capable of responding to commands, as it has been terribly traumatized as well as suffered brain damage? As in, it doesn't currently have to mental capabilities to think on it's own, at least not coherently
much like a machine, only responds to "if-then" statements, possibly on purpose.

RAPID RESPIRATION.. THAT MEANS THIS SWEET CHILD HAS FEELINGS
She’s my one of my favorite SCPs.
SCP 191 use to have a normal life but her life turned upside down atleast the foundation is taking good care of her.
One like = One loaf for SCP 191
One of many SCPs I would really like more details on
From what I can ascertain, this SCP was the result in an experiment to create the perfect cyborg. Given both the complete integration of the cybernetics into the nervous and cerebral systems, while accounting the evident PTSD and overt damage to the connected nerves, it's a near-complete success. Poor thing.
Concludes with "SCP-191 has no friends", wow
Also, "feeling well" means the child is capable of lies, interesting
and as its biological material begins to grow and its non-biological material does not.... yeah, come on guys... sometimes murder is mercy!
The majority of its body has been replaced with non biological components. and the lack of specific hormone glands will impair if not halt any substantial growth. Thus any real issues presumed from "outgrowing" its current form are minimal. SCP-191 will likely remain in a child like size until its expiration. Though possible aging; such as wrinkles, loosened skin, weakening of body parts, are probable. Therefore the continued research and observation of SCP-191 is preferable. Though premature expiration may need to be induced if subject deteriorates more than expected. such as decomposition. (Note: through analyse of video files and other documentation, SCP-191 could be the result of possible reanimation of a deceased human. Though further research would be necessary to prove this theory.)
Reanimation seems like a fitting theory as to why her "creator" chose to extensively replace organs. It could also be that lack of oxygen to the brain (being deceased) caused some brain damage and amnesia. A possible explanation to her disinterest with her past as a normal girl.
I think the reading says something about the Non-Biological components being to complex and to risky to try and replace.
No
cavv0667 various inorganic technology can be made to “grow” and adapt though...

Cooperative,
Curls up for physical comfort,
Lack of coordination,
Complex tasks need guidance,
Won’t make eye contact unless asked to,
however, it says it feels well.
...sounds a bit like autism, honestly. I know it’s mostly cause of the robotic side effects to her motor skills and robotic tasks preventing her from being able to talk as much and trauma and etc, but (especially the lack of eye contact) it really reminded me of autism.
her being mostly non-verbal and having poor motor skills could also be a hint to ASD. im autistic and show both of these 'symptoms' (idk what to call them??)
Loved this one!
The Techpriest in me wants to take 191 and care for her, and feed her and pet her and sing hymns of the Omnissiah as lullabies. I swear, of all the stories I read and listen to here and in the wiki this one sparked most troublesome paternal feelings.
