  • A complete yoga flow to boost your immune system at 15 weeks of pregnancy. Over the last week, I was battling a very bad cold and it reminded me of how important it is to listen to our bodies throughout this vulnerable time. During pregnancy our immune system is in constant flux. The hormones associated with pregnancy are also known to impact our immune system, making it (in some ways) less active. As a result, us expecting moms are more susceptible to getting sick and experiencing more severe symptoms than usual.
    This week's practice is intended to boost your immune system, regulate blood flow, and help reduce inflammation so your body can function at its best.

    I’m 15 weeks pregnant is it ok to start yoga at this point or should I go back to the beginning

      Congrats Rachel! You can start the series from here. If you want additional practices you can do the earlier weeks too. The second trimester practices are a little stronger than the ones offered during the first trimester. Hope that helps!
