  • Tension and fear can really (and understandably) start to climb as we inch closer to our due date. Not to mention, changing hormones can also make it difficult to manage these feelings.
    In this class, we will offer ways to cope with the extra stress and worry that may be growing (along with your belly). We will continue to focus on creating space in our minds, ease in our bodies and offer a meditation that will allow us to reconnect with ourselves and our little one!

    I carve out time each Monday morning for your weekly practice and I can’t tell you how much I look forward to them. A practice for each week of pregnancy feels so customized. I love it! That being said I need to remember to use 2 blocks for hero. My feet fell asleep! 🤦🏼‍♀️

That was exactly my goal, to give expecting mama’s a series that felt customized for pregnancy and that would meet them where they are. And yes, stack those blocks girl! But if you ever feel discomfort in hero’s pose (or any pose for that matter) always feel free to move out early, modify further, or take a rest. ♥️
