    i find it hard to understand why dealers don't just disclose prices . makes me think you are charging people different prices.

      More than happy to share my take on this. If you have a price state here it would be on this specific build - and static to the date of response. So when the model year changes,- when programs for either the vendor - or the factory changes their assistance you would see an unending change in pricing. And - I have disclosed the price on this unit a couple of times. Further, this is still a professional career - and people buy from people they like. So there should be a personal level of conversation to make sure you are comfortable. I When clients or short or are just looking for a price, the often get trucks that are underpowered for the intended use. The also can over purchase for the intended use. As for me, I prepare my videos to engage and make sales. I want your business, and I want the opportunity to show why many people chose to business with Michael Olden. If you want a static number on an old pricing for a truck that no longer exists here are the numbers. 89500, then 9250, then liftgate model pricing change by 500, then factory reduced assistance due to vailablility so price went up 1500, thena program ended so pricing went up another 1500, then a discount program came about deceasing the price by 2500 - but at the same time the body company had a price change of 895, then the model year ended and now I am offering 2022 model chassis which have adjusted both the assistance from the factory - and the price of the chassis, and the tecnology roll recently to. Sooooooo OMG what was the final price>>>>>???? anyway. For those needing a static price for today January 4 2021 at 3:30PM $95200 - not including any tax, registration, transport, your finance company fee, title, and so on.

      Currently - Sold out - until 2023. BUT - internaitonal may open an avenue to modify other truck on order that could free up the board to the above spec.     Where could I get a truck like that ? I want to be a box truck owner operator but want a sleeper because hotels are a hassle especially with ELD Logs & time running out, sleeping on the seats would be so uncomfortable. Also I live in California

      Not only uncomfortable, but it is illegal to sleep in a truck that doesn't have a sleeper. If you get caught, you will be shutdown for 10 hours which will dent on your safety rating score with FMCSA.

    What's the max mileage this trucks will drive ? I meant after 100k or 200k some cars start showing issues what about trucks ??

      Great question and there isn't a normal. The truck comes with a 3 year unlimited warranty on the 6.7 engine. So those clients driving 120,000 miles a year have a 360,000 mile warranty. If the truck is attended to per manufacturer instructions, there is a great chance the truck will be in the 300-400,000 mile ranger prior to 'showing issues.' The things that affect life cycle - fuels / DEF which can cause build up in the engine and aftertreatment. Note that servicing the DPF filter is a preventative maintenance item - many people fail to follow servicing and operations use. Other are more efficient. Hope this helped!

      I found that once somebody has driven around Walmart parking lot and on the off hours it pretty much becomes like driving a car. The hardest for most people is not having a rearview mirror and relying on the side mirrors.
      But you could add an active backup camera to see what’s behind you as you drive with the screen on the dash or in the dash.

      The harder part might be finding the cab. A refrigerated body is and add to the chassis - as is the featured dry van. Payload in a non CDL is you biggest issue. Can the truck pay for itself with only 8000# of usable payload. What is the weigh that you need to haul? Dry vans have and addition 1500# of payload due to the reefer and the insulation of the body.       MPG is not an exact science in commercial trucking. An average of 7 in some uses and nearly 9.2 in others. THis is a 2022 truck

    Do you build the sleepers?

      The sleeper is integral with the cab in this build. So it is the lightest configuration of sleeper providing highest amount of useable payload.
      Alternatively I can partner with an after market sleeper company. he cost of a post build modification averages $23800 once you include the transport, removable of body, lengthening of frame, install of sleeper, and reinstall of the removed body.
      The reduction of payload in an after market installation is the weight of the installed sleeper berth and roughly 250 pounds of framing. The added length on the profile is 45 inches - on average.

      They are always available for sale - the unfortunate part - when is it that you have to have the truck. Current production is out to Q2 of 2023 (April to June of 2023) and then it will go to the body installer. Will that work?

    Can you put a hitch receiver on one of these later on down the road I want to get one of these used for a personal hauler so I can haul my camper and atv there are a lot of box trucks like this one for sale for really cheap with air brakes non cdl I live in Florida it’ll be a while before I’m ready I’m just getting information for right now my dad was a trucker so I’m really fascinated by trucks and always wanted to own one it won’t be a commercial truck anymore when I buy it but I’m just curious

      Great question, the weight of the truck with body would allow for a payload of 8756. The nummbers -
      25999# GVW
      Less 10732# Chassis
      Less 6511# 26x103x102 Body
      leaves 8756# for pay load.
      BTW without a liftgate the payload would be 9646#

    Question, what makes the truck NON CDL?

      The GVW is determined by the last producer of the "truck."
      Chassis cabs are sold as an incomplete vehicle as the body is built and installed by another company. The manufacture creates an MSO and provides an incomplete vehicle booklet with each chassis cab produced. They have an original declaration of GVW stated on the MSO (Manufacturers Statements of Origin).
      But is it the body company that mounts the body that creates the final GVW of the truck. Often the will provide a 'Second stage' MSO referencing the body statement of origin.
      To qualify as NON CDL PER THE FEDERAL GUIDE LINES - the GVWR (GVW - Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) must be under 26001. This sticker is most often found on the label adhered to the inside door jam.
      The State you register your truck in may have additional State laws for CDL requirements for State roads.
      Additional Note - PULLING A TRAILER - Any trailer pulled behind the truck must be rated below 10001 lbs GVW.

      When asked for a refrigeration unit and sleeper on a NON cdl rated chassis I have to ask - 1) with or without liftgate and 2) how much weight will you load. If your payload is more than 6500 - wrong truck GVW - if less than 6500 I need to confirm what product you will carry.

      Thank you for the question! Yes you can, BUT check your payload needs before purchasing. Always note that the GVW is Static. I.e though NON cdl is under 26001# - if your truck is manufactured with a GVWR of 25500 - your ceiling of chassis / Body / unit / liftage / driver / fuel / et al / PAYLOAD is 25,500 not 26,000.
      Reefer Example:
      11,202 Chassis
      5,590 Body
      1,350 Liftgate
      1,250 Unit
      225 driver
      19,617 TARE WEIGHT
      25,995 GVWR
      19,617 TARE WEIGHT
      6,378 Available Payload
      Dry Van Example:
      11,202 Chassis
      4,550 Body
      1,350 Liftgate
      - Unit
      225 driver
      17,327 TARE WEIGHT
      25,995 GVWR
      17,327 TARE WEIGHT
      8,668 Available Payload
      So a dry van will transport 8668 (12 pallets avg up to 722#) While the Reefer will leave 6378 (12 pallets avg. up to 531#)

      Sadly, yes. Not from a finance and purchase side - but from the cost of insurance. The price of the truck would not change. RE finance - It would not affect your finance directly. Usually the collateral damage affects people more.
      So know your credit score. Your comparable debt history, and your payment history.

      New ones are now model year 2024 and can be delivered in Q2 of 2023. The area you will register the truck may allow an earlier production, but most dealers have presold their inventory. In normal times the production is 4 months - but normal hasn't existed for over a year. Pricing point varies based on how we equip the truck. This is your home office for more of your week that your home. The pricing on this unit is - for 2024 starting at $114,000 - I goes higher obviously as transportation and option content is selected. Quick note. The body companies will modify the price point once the chassis arrives at their property with some - to a final adjustment three weeks before production - which is when they steel, panel, wood, liftgate, etc are actually ordered for the body production. Yes the prices for the body are that volatile.

      Can't believe I did not see this response - my apologies.
      The truck pricing is now three iterations from 5 months ago.
      Body cost increases from bolts to floors to doors to liftgates
      and Supply sides and supplier increases from oceanic freight - seats - brake systems - tires and chips.
      Most recent price effective standard standard build is $129,000.
      A better build with moderate options is $132000
      and a full compliment of options and power would further increase the costs.
      The APU unit is also nearing $20,000 as an add (up from $13500 less than a year ago).
      Current next production is August of 2023.

The time frame is Dec 2020 and price for truck vary on fleet size and option content - truck prices for new at in the mid 80's and low 90s for this build (engine, trans, body, chassis, and cab options) -----pre tax, title, registration. Again, is easier to converse individually as prices change and content changes.
