What do you all think of the new wheels? The car is coming together nicely! There's still so much to do and so many videos to shoot, it's been an awesome journey so far!
Congrats on the build man. It's refreshing to see people actually working on their own car. Unlike a certain individual who built a certain blue coloured car.
Two of my favorite youtube channels ... The ONLY guy that I watch for vehicle reviews, and the other the best advice for DIY videos ... Thanks alot guys for the collaboration ... Awesome guys, keep up the great job ...
That's the plan! There's a lot of bodywork that needs to be done before a full repaint (in the original color). I'm also adding a complete OEM 180SX Type-X kit to keep everything in the Nissan family (no fiberglass replicas) and give it a more aggressive look.
Saabkyle04 Yes! I can't wait to see how good it's going to look and just be for the driver. You should get all the exterior lights replaced as well if you haven't done that. Also some new seats!
been watching since day one. you better get your ass to that event I'm January no excuses little sir who has now grown into a man. keep up the great work . Rob sent me
I like how chrisfix didn't get too involved in doing the conversion a lot in kyle's video .. although he did his own video on his channel , you gotta respect that
I've been watching your videos since 2012 and I can't believe how far you have come. You went from reviewing daily driver cars at your dads dealer and junker cars to reviewing brand new cars like the demon which hasn't been released to the public yet. Now you're doing restomods, hanging out with my favorite car repair guy #chrisfix. You're a very lucky guy Kyle, you have come a long way in the past 5 or 6 years. Good luck with your 240sx Kyle.
Thank you so much Lucas, that really means a lot! It is awesome how far things have come and I'm sure it'll only get better from here thanks to your support!
Wow nice ive been watching your channel for years now and got me thru some hard times and to find out you are doing stuff like this now aswell its awesome keep up the hard work
Me too! We should be tearing it down to send to the machine shop this month! I'll post updates through instagram, Facebook and twitter when I know an exact date!
You should move the body harness from above the fender liner to higher up inside the fender, it’s a must do mod for lowered 240s to save you from electrical gremlins.
Great video! From pharmacist to mechanic....not bad! Pretty good you did the conversion without an impact wrench, those fasteners can be tight!! Surprisingly easy.
Wow love the 240sx vids Kyle. Ive been a fan since you did srt4 neon reviews! I would have never guessed back then that you would build a 240! Keep it ip!
Some say that he while he's not as talented a driver, he knows how to fix a car with just soapy water and glue. Some say he makes UA-cam videos to make an honest living. And he can actually talk. All we know is, it's The Stigs American cousin Chrisfix!
Wow!It's weird seeing an On-the-go video intro from you,but it showed your real personality.I have been your subscriber for over a year now and I'm telling you-be more like in that intro and less of a living wikipedia :p hope you read this. Peace
Wish I had those tear drop style original wheels for my 240 its all stock...of course I wish my original paint looked as good as that too. That car was a great find
It was! I'm not sure what I'll do with the original wheels yet. It's going to be awesome getting the bodywork redone, eventually haha. It's in awesome shape, but there's a lot of dents, dings and failed clear coat that need to be addressed. Sure looks good on camera though :)
Not to be a drift kid or anything, but the contact patch on the rear of your car is only gonna increase as the camber approaches 0 degrees. You may think about rolling even more or getting narrower tires and installing them with a bit of stretch.
Nice job, but a suggestion for the future, when you are breaking off and tightening bolts like the axle nuts and caliper bracket bolts don't try to lift up on the wrench cause all the force is on you back, try pushing or leaning on it. You still have good control but you use your body weight to your advantage and don't put so much strain on you back.
Sweet! That's the setup I was going to go with, but with the large wheels, I wanted to get something that filled them up. The Z32 setup is awesome for these cars.
Finally a good proyect car! Thats the rigth way to do it. Hate those big wing, low as f*ck cars that you can drive properly. Keep it the good work man!
What do you all think of the new wheels? The car is coming together nicely! There's still so much to do and so many videos to shoot, it's been an awesome journey so far!

Those TE37's are gorgeous!
Two of my favorite youtube channels ... The ONLY guy that I watch for vehicle reviews, and the other the best advice for DIY videos ... Thanks alot guys for the collaboration ... Awesome guys, keep up the great job ...
I love these type of videos! You could start cleaning up the exterior and modernising it after the interior is completed!
All things I'm considering :) Thanks bud!
Nice conversion, really liked it. Also liked the teamwork of both the Automotive youtubers.

Great collaboration! Really enjoying this 240SX build project. Keep 'em coming.
Nice shot at 11:44 with the reflection of the Driftstang in the door.

"I wanna keep it a stock and clean oem car" 😂😂
I decided to go the restomod route. Take a nice car and make it better in every way possible!
I know, I would do this too!
Next thing you know you start making a drift car or race car. Dammit, it was supposed to be stock.
I like how chrisfix didn't get too involved in doing the conversion a lot in kyle's video .. although he did his own video on his channel , you gotta respect that
Yeah man, it was awesome. I now know how to do all of that myself and it's super easy, you just need the right tools for the job!
Two of my favorite UA-cam channels, very cool collaborations fellas
Excellent choice on the wheels Kyle! The car is looking great!
These videos are like a drug to me! I really like how clean this car is coming along
Thank you!! It's only going to get better from here!
That ending with the drifting was sweet
I've been watching your videos since 2012 and I can't believe how far you have come. Thank you so much Lucas, that really means a lot! It is awesome how far things have come and I'm sure it'll only get better from here thanks to your support!
I cannot wait to see this car completely done!
Wow nice ive been watching your channel for years now and got me thru some hard times and to find out you are doing stuff like this now aswell its awesome keep up the hard work
Thank you so much Chris!
Awesome to see you up in my neck of the woods.
I'm a big fun of chris fix
loving this build Kyle! clean, purposeful and well thought out
I love the wheels! Looks like the car is coming along nicely. I can't wait for the RB swap to happen!
Me too! We should be tearing it down to send to the machine shop this month! I'll post updates through instagram, Facebook and twitter when I know an exact date!
You should move the body harness from above the fender liner to higher up inside the fender, it’s a must do mod for lowered 240s to save you from electrical gremlins.
I didn't know if those wheels would look good on the 240, but I was totally wrong they look fantastic!
I thought the same thing when he showed them to me! But yea, they really look awesome!
TE'37s look great on any car
Those wheels and tires look awesome.
Finally a UA-camr that doesn't use rep wheels! Love your style
Thank you! They were certainly more expensive, but I'm so glad I did it. I want to go as genuine/OEM as possible with this car.
Slide hammer... always great to have the right tool for the job
I'm actually subscribed to both of these channels I love both of them
Love the content, favorite channel
Thanks a lot bud!
Chrisfix is life 💯
Great video! From pharmacist to mechanic....not bad! Pretty good you did the conversion without an impact wrench, those fasteners can be tight!! Surprisingly easy.
I have Chrisfix to thank for that, he had lots of great advice and all of the right tools! Thanks man!
You done it Kyle !
Wow love the 240sx vids Kyle. Ive been a fan since you did srt4 neon reviews! I would have never guessed back then that you would build a 240! Keep it ip!

Yeah bud, it was super fun! Now I need to invest in some proper tools haha.
Hearing Saabkyle04 and Chrisfix voices in the same video is so satisfying
I've got almost the exact same wheel and tire setup on my s14. I run -3.5 camber front and -1.5 camber rear, love the way it handles
Amazing and very detailed video saabkyle04 !
Nice choice on the rims and tires....looks very good. Great work.
nice find on the 240sx car is very clean in and out! keep up the nice mods!
The 240 is such a beautiful car, it really is
Some say that he while he's not as talented a driver, he knows how to fix a car with just soapy water and glue. Some say he makes UA-cam videos to make an honest living. And he can actually talk.
All we know is, it's The Stigs American cousin Chrisfix!

Love the new wheels and love the SaabKyle04+Crisfix collabs!!! =P
We do too! :)
This is such an awesome project car...love it!
Chris is the stig!
I’ve been to raceway park and seen the black bmw 17:28 and the blue 240 16:36 when I was there
Kyle - did you sleep in ChrisFix's Windstar minvan or did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express?
My other friend Chris came too, we ended up getting a hotel haha.
Does that mean if you came alone you would have stayed in the 300k mile Van?
Perhaps hahaha XD
Hey chris and saabkyle04 i'm giving you thumbs up
I noticed Chris allowed no power tools. That way Kyle made no chance of one to many ugga duggas. Love both you guys!
Love these collabs and nice wheels
Thanks bud, we had a lot of fun!
When tightening or loosening, use your body weight to your advantage. Rotate the breaker bar or torque wrench so you're pushing down.
Yeah man, I learned that quickly, thank you!
The new wheels look very good and brand new.
TE37s look so good.
How could you NOT like SaabKyle? I knew he had good taste but these wheels made him even more likeable. A timeless choice, Kyle!
Some people get triggered so easily over a UA-cam video, it's pretty funny to be honest! Thanks bud!
How have those hubs been lasting for you?? looking to get similar hubs for my s13 to do a z32 brake upgrade
Wow!It's weird seeing an On-the-go video intro from you,but it showed your real personality.I have been your subscriber for over a year now and I'm telling you-be more like in that intro and less of a living wikipedia :p hope you read this.
Peace
Good progress, cant wait to see how it is when its all complete. Hope to see you getting a new front bumper soon ;)
It will one day haha, thank you!
#ChrisFixsentme
Definitely looks better than the original wheels
Finding the Cream 240 in this vid is Nutsz
Awesomeness once again
It looks good especially with the spoke sticker you should do tire letters
I am a simple man
I see a saabkyle notification and I click on the damn video
CUSTOM BUILT great video bro
good choices for a wheel and tire package
It's confirmed, Chris is the Stig!
Not to be a drift kid or anything, but the contact patch on the rear of your car is only gonna increase as the camber approaches 0 degrees. You may think about rolling even more or getting narrower tires and installing them with a bit of stretch.
nice choice of wheels man.
You had to travel all the way to New Jersey all for this
Nice job, but a suggestion for the future, when you are breaking off and tightening bolts like the axle nuts and caliper bracket bolts don't try to lift up on the wrench cause all the force is on you back, try pushing or leaning on it. You still have good control but you use your body weight to your advantage and don't put so much strain on you back.
Looks awesome! Those Volk Rays are one of my fav wheels. I did the z32 swap with my conversion and have how-to vids up.
Sweet! That's the setup I was going to go with, but with the large wheels, I wanted to get something that filled them up. The Z32 setup is awesome for these cars.
ChrisFix is the new stig
Nice Maintenance
Finally a good proyect car! Thats the rigth way to do it. Hate those big wing, low as f*ck cars that you can drive properly. Keep it the good work man!
