    Oats are really good for cutting as well because they make you full for a while, just use water, your oats, and protein powder if u want. 👍 I'm eating them right now lol

      Oat is quite high in calories although it fill you up, 400kcal per 100g dry is pretty high in calorie for its volume.

    I put sliced banana, small cut up slices of apple and cinnamon in before cooking. The banana and cinnamon melts in and the apple is warm and softer when eating. Tastes a little like apple pie and is amazing! Have this most days of the week.
    I only use half a banana and apple otherwise its too much in the pan. I usually eat the left overs later in the morning 😂

    Pro tip: put the cinnamon in before cooking so it won't stick to your throat and the flavour is through the whole bowl. Also, a little more liquid in the oats wouldn't hurt, looks a bit thiccc

    My breakfast would be an oatmeal everyday and then i would workout after two hours. For post workout, i love the good old fashioned fried rice with chicken and cabbages. For evening, i would eat 4 eggs with rice and then for dinner i would repeat my post workout meal again. Yeah, i eat rice thrice a day. I am asian so its completely normal here. Lol

    My breakfast meal almost every morning for the last month:
    100-150g oats (a lot i know but cheap}
    30-40g whey powder (chocolate)
    30g peanut butter
    200-300ml milk (in between microwave times)
    10-15g honey
    400-600ml water.
    Mix oats + whey powder, add PB and honey, pour boiling water over it all until it looks like a soup.
    2 mins in microwave on high
    add milk/more water and stir 30 seconds.
    1 more minute in microwave.
    genuinely unreal

    my personal favorite high protein bulk breakfast meal is high protein yogurt (i use oikos), uncooked oats (same thing as cooked but takes less time and i hate the texture of cooked oats, childish i know), protein powder of your choice, high protein granola, a banana and the rest is up to u. Looks mad nasty tho, I call it wetwall (kinda looks like if dry wall was .... wet?) idk it tastes pretty good, around 70g protein, really fuckin quick and it looks nasty so if ur saving it in like a company fridge or just at home you wont have to worry about your family members or coworkers stealing ur food. also if yall have any recommendations for toppings plz tell me, im too lazy to think of shit.

    If you aren’t a fan of oatmeal, cream of wheat or cream of rice are great alternatives. I even find myself eating it for lunch and dinner sometimes with ground beef and other proteins. If just cream of wheat/rice tho I usually do mix it with a bit of vanilla, honey, milk and cinnamon. Top it off with some butter and a pinch of salt *chef kiss*

    I’m going to try that. But this is even better (in my opinion). Make 3 : 1/2 cup batter pancakes, make sure the batter has 3 scoops of protein in it, and you can add cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla and an egg in it too. Make sure to use whole milk as well. After the 3 large pancakes, layer each one with biscoff spread between and top with more, and Greek yogurt, fruits, maple syrup and granola

      @@TomBeckles let it cool a wee bit then add. The way I make my porridge is with microwave so after I take it out it’s piping hot(which would cook the protein and make nasty texture) so I let sit for a few minutes

    I like to use a Scoop of protein 8oz fairlife fat free milk with a half cup oats and PB Fit. I use a ninja blender which is extremely convenient for on the go meals to make within minutes. Without having to cook. Everyone should check it out.
    In my opinion, it’s a healthier way to bulk or cut. Depending on your goals and it tastes good.

    Simple 1000 calorie breakfast that I eat everyday:
    800ml milk just drink it
    300ml Greek yoghurt with 100grams of oats, you can remove 25 grams of oats and put a banana in instead. Very simple

    If u struggle to eat this. Since it's really thick and its a bit of a chewer. Blend it up. But just use more milk. A touch more calories and can get it down within ten seconds

    you don't really need 1000 calorie meals that keeps you full forever. just eat less so you can eat more often. 4 smaller meals + snacks has been easier for me than 3 big meals that makes me hate to eat
