Just back from recommend and can highly recommend: Ardnaho - brand new and their first bottling is wonderful. Kilchoman - smaller with their own farm when they grow some of their own barley, a traditional malting floor, and a wonderful range from lightly peated to quite heavily peated. Both these are family owned and operated so you don’t get the corporate marketing I’ve had at some of the bigger multinational outfits.
