My first taste of whisky was in 1972, while on a tour of the beautiful country of New Zealand. It was a Chivas Regal. It was like a punch in the face after drinking beer and cider from the age of 18. Can you imagine a 22-year boy dosed up on 40% whisky compared to 4.2% beer? Whisky has no equal in the spirit world. If I ever visit Scotland, the whisky tour will definitely be on my Agenda. Thanks for showing the world and me this tour.
Fantastic itinerary. Love to go to Tomatin and Aberlour.. wish I could go to all, but we'll be in the area next year, 2023, and we have other things to see in amazing Scotland. Nice video.
Last time I was in Scotland we went to Tomatin. Excellent tour and Excellent folks. We were late because we got lost. No problem. They accommodated me, my son and nephew and it turned into a private tour. Amazing. Have to say that Speyside Malts are my favorite although Dalmore is north of Inverness and is my favorite. However Tomatin, (Tom-ah-tin) is an excellent choice at price and have it in my cabinet.
Scotch Whisky is a drink that can be described as bold, intense, and fiery, although it can also be smooth, almost sweet, and a drink of depth and contrast - just like Scotland itself!
Thank you so much for this video! Dipping my toes into the whisky pool and I'm very excited to drink in as many different types of whisky and their historic stories.
Today I have learned that from my fathers side we go back paternally all the way to Clan Colquhoun via Cowen, Cowan to Coen. Does this make me a Colquhoun?
I was taken on a valentines vacation to Scotland 2 years ago! We stayed in the speyside region and did the entire trail! It was amazing !!
How much did it cost in total?
beautiful footage,i think Scotland is one of the country with the most good looking places.

Glenffidich is one my favorite whisky. Right there with Macallan and Speyburn.

Great video!
Edradour Distillery in Pitlochry is one of the most picturesque distilleries in Scotland. Ancnoc gets my vote for lightest whisky though.

My favorite whiskey is the royal Lochnagar 12 year single malt whiskey
What are your opinions on the Highland Park Distillery in Orkney?
We reviewed their 12 year here: ua-cam.com/video/htkb7XJx8DI/v-deo.html
Whisky and fly fishing!
Don't skip the Cooperage, it was the best part of the whole trip.
Could not agree more.
Such skill, experience & dedication demonstrated.
Driving and drinking. What could go wrong?
should be called the illegal trail hahahaha
Exactly what I was thinking.
2 drams and you’re over the legal limit for driving.
Is it me or this guys voice feels weird paired with the man shown speaking...
