Egg white fondant/Make the most perfect egg white fondant

  • for this recipe, i used
    1 medium egg
    1 tablespoon glucose syrup
    500g icing sugar
    1 & half tablespoon of tylose powder, but you can use c.m.c if you don't have tylose powder
    you need a lemon or Lime for more oil free tools if you need to achieve this fondant, just watch this tutorial attentively without rush and follow every instruction as stated as well and your fondant will come out super perfect 👌

      Truth is, it's not advice able to use it during the humidity season which is mostly the raining season it will melt over and sweat excess during this period of time

      You have to let it rest for some hours then you add your color, but the truth is egg white fondant don't need more or excess color, and after coloring still let it rest till the next day before using

    How do one cope in a situation where there's no electricity, can i go ahead n do without putting the egg in d fridge?❤

      You can get a very calm water and put the egg if you have a rainy water that actually will be cold you can put the egg inside it, your egg shouldn't just be runny, and if you just take your egg from warm room temperature and break, the egg yolk will definitely come in contact with the egg white that you don't need so what's so ever and how ever you can successfully separate your egg yolk from the white go ahead and do it.

      Very very compulsory, without it your fondant won't have enough strength and elasticity, so you either use c.m.c or Tylose powder this 2 are the samething just get any of them you're good to go

    Gelatin fondant and egg white which one is the best?

      Gelatin fondant last more longer but egg white fondant can't be left more than a few 2 days to avoid food poisoning because it was made with fresh egg white, the good thing about egg white fondant is that it's cheap, easy to make and also very easy to work with because of it lightness

      No not all, c.m.c helps bind your fondant together and give it a stretchy base and helps it reduce the chances of sweating, so corn flour will not give you all this, it is just for fondant dusting that all.

      That's why it's called egg white fondant, they're other types of fondants as well like marshmallow fondant, gelatin fondant, and fondantganache
