Fondant Recipe:perfect fondant making

In this video, I showed you the step by step process of making fondant, using Nigeria's Confectionery sugar
This recipe is the one of the official recipes for Grace Gao Icing Sugar and I will be sharing more in weeks to come.
I added additional 1/4 cup water to mine in this video.
Add water if it is too firm or more icing sugar, if it is too soft.
Also, after wrapping with cling film or a plastic bag, place in a tightly covered container so, it doesn’t dry
INGREDIENTS
1500g ICING SUGAR
1/2 cup WATER
11/2 tbsp GELATINE
1/2 cup GLUCOSE
1 tbsp CMC
