Egg white fondant/Make the most perfect egg white fondant
for this recipe, i used
1 medium egg
1 tablespoon glucose syrup
500g icing sugar
1 & half tablespoon of tylose powder, but you can use c.m.c if you don't have tylose powder
you need a lemon or Lime for more oil free tools if you need to achieve this fondant, just watch this tutorial attentively without rush and follow every instruction as stated as well and your fondant will come out super perfect 👌

No not all, c.m.c helps bind your fondant together and give it a stretchy base and helps it reduce the chances of sweating, so corn flour will not give you all this, it is just for fondant dusting that all.
What are the sizes of the cake? Is it 10 and 5 inches?

How do one cope in a situation where there's no electricity, can i go ahead n do without putting the egg in d fridge?❤
You can get a very calm water and put the egg if you have a rainy water that actually will be cold you can put the egg inside it, your egg shouldn't just be runny, and if you just take your egg from warm room temperature and break, the egg yolk will definitely come in contact with the egg white that you don't need so what's so ever and how ever you can successfully separate your egg yolk from the white go ahead and do it.

The longer you live your fondant the best of it you get, but even if you will use it immediately or same day try and let it rest for at least 2-3 hours of making it, thank you for watching and wishing you best in your fondant journey
Please ma, when you want to mix fondant of 1.5kg, what is the measurement to use?
Icing sugar 1.5kg Water 6 table spoons Gelatin powder 1tablespoon Glycerin 1tablespoon which is optional Tylose powder or c.m.c 2&half tablespoons depending on the weather of your base, use 3&half if your weather is humidity which is always during the raining season.
Can I add the tylose powder to the dry icing sugar, that is before I add the glucose mixture

Truth is, it's not advice able to use it during the humidity season which is mostly the raining season it will melt over and sweat excess during this period of time

Recipe for 1500kg icing sugar, Gelatin powder 1&half teaspoon Water. 1/4cup+ 2tablebspoons Glucose syrup 10 tablespoons Glycerin 1tablespoon Icing sugar 1.5kg Tylose powder for a super hot weather consider using 3&half tablespoons of Tylose powder or c.m.c, for cold winter season 2tablespoons is okay, so now you see the change of weather dethermins the measurements of your Tylose powder or c.m.c and bear in mind that the measurement of your icing sugar will differ as well especially during that hot season your fondant tends to accommodate more icing sugar during heat season than cold frezy weather, so aside your 1.5kg icing sugar make sure you keep aside 1cup Incase, then when we talk about hot&cold weather for fondant is also good to consider our crumbcoating, during the cold season fondant can actually be merciful, you can leave your crumbcoated cake in the fridge even 5 hours or overnight and cover it the next morning with fondant, your buttercream can be light and it will still be ok if you cover your fondant on it, but you see in hot or humid season you dare not, let assume you bake your cake 2 days or 3 days ahead of your order keep them in the freezer or fridge then you must bring them out overnight in the counter or chiller to defrost that's for the both weather anyway, then for your buttercream is good you make it abit thick during hot weather and after crumbcoating your cake do not leave it to chill in the fridge for more thank 2 hours if your fridge is working so well 2hours is perfect then take the cake out and cover with your fondant, ganache is also another great crumblecoat for fondant for weather. I wish you success in your fondant journey

Hi Cherem I added my Tylose powder almost immediately I poured out my icing sugar dough to my kneading surface, I did the addition twice you can just take your time and go through the video again you will hear when I made mention of Tylose powder addition

You have to let it rest for some hours then you add your color, but the truth is egg white fondant don't need more or excess color, and after coloring still let it rest till the next day before using

That's why it's called egg white fondant, they're other types of fondants as well like marshmallow fondant, gelatin fondant, and fondantganache

Where can we get talus powder and then kind of glucose
You can get Tylose powder from a cake store or you if you can get c.m.c is also good as Tylose powder, glucose syrup is the glucose you need.

You can substitute gelatin with agar agar, it's called gelatin fondant for a reason thank you for watching

@@SweetTreatsLahoreok they're different types of sugar paste 1 is egg white fondant or ganache fondant, marshmallow fondant, gelatin fondant, believe me all this are sugar paste, but what bakers specifically calls sugar paste is, sugar paste for flower making or for moulding things, which the 2 paste used for mouldings are ganache paste which is ganache fondant or egg white fondant or you call it gum paste, you can cover your cake with all of this paste all, but when you want to turn it to a flower moulding paste then the consistency changes, that is where the difference comes in.

Of course yes cmc is the same as Tylose powder

I keep in fridge or in cool place
First tie it up with a plastic bag and store in a tight container and keep in a ventilated room that's all and your fondant can last up to 3 months plus hence you store then uncolored.
Mam if don't want to use gelatin then??
Agar agar is the substitute for gelatin

Can fondant be stored in the freezer?
Yes but not directly freezer or fridge, if you must store your fondant in a refrigerator then keep it in a vegetable area that part where things can't get over cold or frozen but are always cool and fresh, but then why refrigerate when your fondant can actually last 3-4 months outside just wrap your fondant with a clean plastic bag wrap very tight and avoid air penetration then keep in a tight container that's all, just bring out and color if needed like 3-2 days interval.

You can actually use your fondant immediately after making it but it may end up sweating if you use it in the humid season so is better to let it stay for some days so the fondant can be dried because after making fondant newly it still feels wet, so that's it

You use blue🔵 70% purple 🟣 50% and 20% of black color you will achieve Navy blue, your blue should be slightly higher thank purple then with a little touch of black and you will achieve your navy blue fondant
