Skyrim was the first Elder Scrolls game to me that was good straight out of the box. Yes you can improve it a little bit with mods, but its already good without any. Oblivion is frustrating out of the box, OK at best... but great once you add mods. Same with Morrowind. Daggerfall takes this even further. Its downright bad without mod, but awesome once you get into Daggerfall Unity and add mods. So I can't blame people for having the "Bethesda games need mods" attitude.
Great video. I really loved Starfield even if it doesn’t quite reach the highs of TES and Fallout. Despite that, I’m still glad Bethesda took a stab at a whole new IP with some elements that differentiate it from their other stuff. Starfield itself will grow as a franchise, and I think TES and Fallout will be all that much better with everything they’re learning from the experience.
Eh.. I absolutely did not get on with Fallout 4. It was front loaded and devoid of any choices. I didn't want to play house in the wasteland either. For all the faults I thought the Outer Worlds had I enjoyed my experience. I think I'll wait for Outer Worlds 2 instead of playing Starfield.
I am digging Starfield. At the same time I am also looking forward to what the modding community will bring to the game once the official modding tools are released next year.
Find it a lot more repetitive than Fallout 4. Fewer quest giving NPCs too if you don't count the procedural ones you see on outposts.. the same outposts every time..
they don't really have different ip's, they have one and use different settings. it's stale and innovation and growth would be good for that team and gaming in general. i think it being another f4 is an issue.
I agree, started playing DaggerFall and Morrowind within the past year or two and wish they had kept in climbing or at least levitation. (for Elder Scrolls). Also wish they'd add more RPG-ish stuff back into their games.
Any piece of media can be fantastic if your expectations are as low as the the temperature of Uranus. That's why marvel slops sell well . A lot of normies/marvel fans have extremely low expectations . Bethesda has been downgrading and streamlining their games since daggerfall . for anyone who was a fan of daggerfall / Morrowind , newer Bethesda "rpg" games are absolutely disappointing .
I agree with you on some games about being unmodded. Skyrim was a dull piece of shit without mods though. I've played Oblivion and Morrowind unmodded for hundreds of hours without mods. Their games are just getting worse.
Also , saying fallout 4 isn't a bad fallout game means you're either a liar or not a real fallout fan . The classic fallouts and nv are what fallout is supposed to be : a post apocalyptic roleplaying game . Not a post apocalyptic themed looter shooter with lazy quest design, bad and inconsistent writing , lack of actual roleplaying and creating your own character
Fallout 4 had every line voiced so it just felt like ur playing a movie except the story sucked and the side quests sucked not to mention the world was boring. Starfield on the other hand lacks all of these problems. Better writing, better role playing, better world, better quests.

Bait or mental retardation

As someone that hated Fallout 4 I’m loving Starfield.
As someone who thought Fallout 4 was just ok, I hated Starfield.
As someone who loved Fallout 4, I also love Starfield.
As someone who hated Fallout 4 I hate Starfield too.
As someone who thought Fallout 4 was ok, I fucking love The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Ah yes, nothing says "America" more than a 5 minute gun analogy in a video about a video game xD
🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I have to admit, as a European, seeing someone do a Segway into guns and showing one off in a video about a Bethesda game is just so strange
I like cheeseburgers.
Yeah I agree with everything in this video, but I have to confess that im one of those mfs that wait until theres a bunch of mods before I buy it lol.
The silly bands and skrillex line is so accurate lol

Sorry, not playing this half-baked excuse of a game. And the addition of unnecessary "Body Type 1/2" was the icing on the cake

And you are the prime example for why. No matter what Bethesda does, people will complain.
@@Joseph-wh5of Idk what I was on but Starfield is a garbage game as well probably worse than F4
@isaakfaulk8067 I disagree. FO4 was garbage.
@@Joseph-wh5ofboth are garbage
