Its funny to me that people cant fathom enjoying a Bethesda game without it having to be the “greatest Bethesda game of all time”. Alot of people rip on Elder Scrolls online but I throughly enjoy that game as well.
Ya i love the game too, and the poi criticism is the only one that I agree with. Apart from that, the rest of the " valid criticisms" it gets just feel like despo hate comments 😂
I enjoy it well enough. I'm not sure why some people say it's a broken mess. I've only really encountered one bug so far, where my buildings at an outpost disappeared. Aside from that, I haven't noticed any issues. I've enjoyed the quests so far. Not super deep, as you said, but enough there to keep me curious and interested. Overall, I am happy with the game, and look forward to completing it.
I've put over 1,000 hours into Starfield and the game is amazing. Always discovering something new, always learning new game mechanics, it really is a well made game. Unfortunately, it's too easy to shit on the flavor of the week.
With all The issues I’ve had with the game I still come back to it. I was surprised when I saw my total playing time being over 500 hours. It’s a fantastic game that unfortunately needed a few mods to make it great but once you install some mods that personalize the experience to your needs, it becomes the best game I’ve ever played. Keep up the great content!
Starvival addon is essential. It creates a whole new feel for traveling knowing that you have to make sure you have enough fuel for your ship, are well fed, and rested. A lot of Grindterra mods are great as they create variations with the type of POI that spawn on maps. I would search up some videos on UA-cam for immersive mods, they completely change the flow of the game in a good way
People forget that's what Bethesda games are made for, to customize them. The bad reviews came from the base game, and that's all it is, the base to build your own story.
What i also love ist the way NG+ is intergrated into the Game. Could it be more? Sure, but it is engaging enought for me to say i want to do it way different this time.
It's funny how haters think any one saying this game is good has to be Todd or a Bethesda employee, like they ain't got other shit to do. ...... Man i wonder how the hell you get ahead in life
Must be his rig or the vids fault, cause the game runs exceptionally smooth with fsr3 frame gen and looks good too. In fact I think Starfield is the only game to really master anti aliasing
>"Starfield" lets you do what you want, how you want, and that’s where its magic lies Ok but what if I want to experience a well written questline? What if I want gunplay thats better than fallout 4? What if I want to shoot an npc in the face to solve a quest (Paradiso specifically)? What if I want to travel from planet to planet without experiencing a loading screen every few seconds? What if I wanted an actual reason to do pirate shit and steal ships? What if I wanted to explore dungeons that had actual intent behind their placement on a world? You cant just say something lets you do what you want, when it wont actually let you do the shit you want
1. Subjective 2. Arguable 3. Illegal 4. Technically doable if you hold forward for a couple days 5. Money? 6. Literal complaint I had I believe you are right in a way about this, but I must emphasize that this is not an objective review. Many people will disagree with this perspective, and that is perfectly fine. It’s essential to recognize that individuals perceive things differently, and this variance in perception arises from the complexity of the human brain. Each person is equipped with their unique experiences, preferences, and biases, which shape their opinions and beliefs. There should never be any form of blind following when it comes to subjective matters like video games, art, or literature. Every opinion that one holds should be rooted in personal belief and reflection, even if that belief is shaped by external influences. It’s crucial for individuals to engage with their thoughts and feelings critically. So, let’s entertain a few hypothetical scenarios. What if I claimed that Fallout 4 was a bad game? What if I argued that the gunplay mechanics in Fallout 4 weren’t superior to those found in Starfield? Perhaps I could suggest that the quest lines in Fallout 4 are less engaging, or that having a voiced main character in a Bethesda game feels out of place. Moreover, what if I stated that many of Skyrim’s quests are as shallow as those in Starfield? Now, I’m not asserting that these are my actual feelings, but these hypothetical opinions do exist. It would be strange to alter one’s opinions simply based on what is deemed "popular" or widely accepted unless there is a moral imperative to do so. After all, this is a video game we’re discussing here, a medium that is meant to be enjoyed and critiqued from various angles. I understand your perspective, and I see the point you are trying to make. I can agree with you on some aspects, but ultimately, those opinions are yours, just as mine are mine. Our individual viewpoints can coexist in this vast landscape of gaming discourse.
30% of the game is great, the faction stories, the main quest and even the story elements they did to introduce a new game plus, even gameplay feels relatively good, so ill say 40% The other 60% though, poorly implemented dynamic generation of the galaxy creating too many look alike POI's, a Space adventure that somehow manages to remove all the possible joy of an actual space fantasy by creating little encapsulated landing zones that are explorable, not allowing us to fly in low orbit and too many planets with little to no reward for exploring. An over reliance on Radiant or Dymamic quests, this was inteoduced in Skyrim for the dark brotherhood, thieves guild and tavern keepers, it worked slightly better in skyrim with the variety but still lacked the personal touch and creativity of random missions youd stumble upon in Oblivion or Fallout 3/New Vegas. I've put roughly 80 hours into starfield, its a good game, worth a playthrough, just dont expect it to keep your interest like Skyrim, it will quickly burn out after the main quest and few faction quests.
@ Just wanted to get my views by shtting on Starfield on my last one. Didn't expect the actual review (this one) to be performing the way it has been though.
I wonder y you haters click on vids of people enjoying something y'all hate. There are plenty of hate vids for this game, get your fucking ass over there, and hate to your heart's content. That's the only way y'all feel noticed

I don't need it to be the best game ever. I just find it boring and soulless
I'm just happy that someone is actually saying something positive about starfield instead of slandering it
Felt the same too!
I love the game too I just hate the lack of POI diversity. It is sooo desperately needed to make the game so much more fun to explore.
A lot of mods out there try to fix that, I know it’s not part of the vanilla game but it seriously helps this issue
Ya i love the game too, and the poi criticism is the only one that I agree with. Apart from that, the rest of the " valid criticisms" it gets just feel like despo hate comments 😂
Wow, someone saying nice things about Starfield. Thank you.
Welcome! It’s been quite the trend to hate on Starfield so I just wanted to be honest on how I felt.
Thanks to UA-cam for giving me your video because I've just returned to starfield and been searching starfield again. This is surprisingly deep

Estou jogando este jogo sem parar há vários meses, quem não entendeu esse jogo e não gostou é pq não foi a fundo, um jogo incrível e único.

I personally don't use mods but I'm glad you've been enjoying it. May I ask what mods you use?

Ryzen cpus currently have real bad frame drops.
Series S + live stream recording for clips + Bethesda removing the Visuals @ 60FPS mode for no reason.
Yesssssss my guy
I've been having a great time playing since it started.

This game is far from amazing. It’s a boring depressing empty feeling pos of a game.

loved it too but it lacks soul, it's kinda bland and generic, companions are lame etc...
And those are fair complaints. Doesn’t have to be “perfect” to like it.
