Why is not telling you to watch out for men who cannot and do not want to PROVIDE and PROTECT? If he is so good a bishop, why does he skip this very important part about a good man? Black women are the only race of women taught not to expect a man to look after them. We are taught to always have struggle love and look after a man and not the other way around. This HAS to stop now. No more struggle love. No more breadcrumbs from sub standard useless males.

This is a great summary of how to look for someone with emotional maturity. If you've only been exposed to emotionally immature people it maybe hard to spot. I would love to know your take on how people who grew up with emotionally immature parents and family members can spot healthy people without them seeming completely alien. What to do when what's good for you feels unfamiliar? and how to trust that and how we can grow emotionally ourselves.
As long as you don't bring your emotional damage to him. Nobody damaged goods.
Mom's need to let go of their grown sons as well. Stay out of their marriage or relationship so they can grow up. Also don't advice you son to walk away from his children. Mess up the relationship with his children. You are speaking the truth on this topic and thank you for backing up by scriptures.

All I can say is "WOW!" I shared this video with many, including my daughter and even my ex-fiancé. He's my EX because when I would ask him about his finances, and he would get angry. That was strike one. He hung up on me during conversations THREE times because he was angry. Strike two. He didn't talk gentle to me. Strike three. There were many other strikes. I paid attention to the red flags. He didn't have any intention of taking care of me because he was looking for me to take care of him. Thank You Jesus that I paid attention! I not desperate and I am too old to start from the bottom! You got to be where I am or above...

I'm realizing that sometimes even asking these questions won't matter if you're with a narcissist. They will lie and tell you amazing stories that they know sound good to future fake you with no intention of following through. A lot of them would have the careers, money, ambition and potential that could be used to build together and yet it's still a trap reality will be very different. This has been my unfortunate experience.
They are not thet good keep a clear head and observe look for red flags and eliminate.

I'm going to recommend this to my clients because I hear from thousands of women and they give me questions about relationships. I get to be an advisor but I I'm not a counselor and I'm not a teacher on my platform but this is so packed with wisdom that it could really help a lot of women
Tell them to quit sleeping around with all the bad boys and accumulating damage, then expecting a good man to settle for a piece of trash used up woman.
Don't listen to that demon but let them know that are daughters of christ and it's never to late to love yourself and take your time.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. As a divorcee, hoping to start dating again, I will definitely be adding these to my list. Most importantly, answer them for myself.
I asked the man I'm dating currently the same questions and when he heard my response, he said you can't say I copied you, lol after hearing my replies. His vision and mission(calling) were literally parallel to mine. It literally felt like he was in my brain. lol but seriously it was refreshing. Although, we both have things to work on in personal/spiritual growth, but so far, we definitely dove deep, been very transparent and recognize we still are learning each other...it's a process and patience and acceptance is greatly appreciated because our backgrounds, upbringing, past experiences in general, etc. are extremely different(sometimes leading to a lot of misunderstandings and impatience)but yet so complimentary and alike in so many other ways(i.e. our faith, family values; beliefs about marriage; love to serve children in need; raising kids in Christ, both learned from our past divorce, etc.). It’s very interesting to say the least of how you can be so different but so alike, and I'd admit, it's an adjustment but I appreciate when he told me don't focus some much on the extreme differences(I'm used to dating men more financially sound for example but appears he has a defence that his family and he say is valid, one being divorce) focus more on what more important, highlighting the similarities. Overall, I just have to continue to seek God individually and as two people dating. I also pray to remain humble and open-minded because his plans are just beginning again(He said I motivate him and he's started his plans already since meeting), and we are very different but seem perfect together by values, most of them anyway.🙏Interesting as well, I mentioned him once to a sibling, literally told her I had start dating him and nothing more and she prophesied to me that He was not the one and God had something more than I could ever imagine. Since that time, we've met each other's family, and his had nothing so far but great things to say about his character, and he's literally been a gentleman and pursuing Christ as well even practicing sexual purity along with me now( I've been celibate for many years now) after praying for a Godly woman who was not only after sex with him, so Pastor Blakes Jr. is right about that. She said Ismel came before Isaac and that he might just be a great man, but no he's not the man God has for me, I'll admit, sometimes what my sister says sometimes creates a level of uncertainty but I focus on what's true, right, loving and what Word Says and the many Confirmations I, even us both, have witnessed from what we believe is from God. We also love each other very much and work on and dedicate improving ourselves daily...I also feel totally safe with him, and he accepts me for who I am. I can be completely myself around him too. ❤🙏🙏

As a reminder, I mentioned I focused on the differences and yes, when you're already afraid anything someone says could possibly plant a seed of doubt that anyone could use to solidify their fear or choose not to...I mentioned my process to combat whatever anyone says(which isn't always easy to be honest), hence my sister as well. I also was not sure because of some of his insecurities(so I thought for good reasons, see below) about me getting upset with him and then me wanting to go date the men I'm used to, majority anyway. I now understand why he felt that way and judged me because of society and culture says, that we aren't compatible(on paper and he's much older than me) and I'm out of his league(something he said not me, and not looks wise bc he's very handsome, just other reasons as I mentioned)...he's correct that I almost let that belief get to me but didn't (meaning not care so much about what society says about how much money he should make, etc.)while he got stuck on that part, what society says, comparing me to others. Now, he truly understands that I'm not like most women, even though his Words didn't initially convey it. I thought he was insecure but he just thought I wanted him to be a high earner like the women he's dated and of this world, especially if that's what I'm used to, so it's logical why that came up for him. That's why communication and asking questions are important, clears up a lot of misunderstandings and responds to concerns and fears.. I think what we are experiencing isn't usual considering ppl can have doubts sometimes especially in new relationships and still learning each other. Overall, I'll follow what my spirit says and use discernment when it's time to have the DTR talk again because as of today, we are not "dating" anymore by my choice. I told him I'm not giving up(as he sees it), I just need time alone with Christ(it's not a want, it's a need) and will get back to him.
