+Janos Dm the latest video on this channel is 320bpm by Aaron that is at a constant, but he can stab about 350bpm for a fraction of a second at a time.
I believe in this video he hits around 21 notes per second...so Lee can do it too I guess
It's not about bpm bro... Im not a drummer and I can play 350bpm no problem....just play double whole notes...if hes playing 32nd notes in 350bpm then that is impressive...or in other words a better measure is how many notes per second

Yeah, I know this is old footage, but what competition? fastest double kick? He may be using a Roland kit, I'm guessing. I don't know much about the guy other than hearing his band, that....to...me sounds like every other death core band. He may be playing jazz by this point, I don't follow.

True, but a drummer that good should be thinking about diversifying if they're planning on doing it for the long haul. Dave Lombardo is the model I'm half referring to. Also Mick Harris from Napalm Death who went on to do a projects involving Bootsy Collins and now does ambient last time I checked.

Triggers don't make anyone play more "accurately" or evenly. Simply what they do is act like a microphone except they react when they sense vibration, once the vibration is picked up, it is sent to the drum module for whatever sound you're putting out of it. The only thing that can make anyone play more accurate is practice. Not triggers, I wish people who thought the same way about triggers as you do got behind a triggered kit and experienced what it's like, same shit as playing normal drums, just amplified with triggers.

Everybody was making trigger comments and i said "trigger OR NOT this is clean and accurate", which it is, triggered OR NOT. I don't even know what you're going on about, I mean no shit dude tell me more i've only played for 40 years.

I notice if you watch his feet at 1:33 he kept playing double bass even though in the audio the double bass stopped for like a second, and also the fast double bass parts in the video he looked more like he was playing 16th note triplets instead of 16th notes single strokes, and he was also getting a pretty high beater swing at 297 bpm which is extremely hard to almost impossible at that speed. just to let you guys know I'm not hating on Aaron, he's a huge inspiration and i do believe he can play that fast. but in my opinion the audio you hear are programed drums so that it sounds like he's playing really tight
or his camera is bad

holy shit dude this is amazing. I always have trouble playing on electric kits and can never get anything to sound as tight as i want it (then again alot of the time i have trouble on my acoustic kit) but still, this is intense!!
Triggers are used on ACOUSTIC kick pads to make the sound of each hit more even and louder/quieter at the users' discretion. They have no effect on speed, and would do nothing to and (probably not even clip onto) an electric kit.

Infant Annihilator even stated that the only reason why they never went live was because Arron couldn't always be drumming that fast. It literally kills his legs. Which is why they stuck with being an internet band. Also they're getting back together.
Never heard this, presumed it would be the fact they're a UK band and their vocalist at the time was American.
Not at all. If that would have been the case, with how much attention and love the band got from fans, they would have traveled to America or had Dan travel to the UK.

Guillaume Grandadam Triggers don't make you play faster, they make the volume level more "equal" and allow the sound of each hit to be heard more clearly. People shit on triggers a lot but really they're pretty hard to play with since if you miss a hit or put an extra in, EVERYBODY will hear it. If anything, the bounce from the E-Kit would make more difference than the triggers.
iFlare Triggers make the hit less tiring so you can kick faster, that was my idea ^^
