NZNSBM Yeah,, mine have a velcro-type thing on the bottom which is great for carpeted surfaces or a rug, but on anything else they slip n' slide all over the place haha.

yeah, normally i have the rim of the 1st tom as a high splash, the rim of the 2nd tom a zilbel/loud ride bell, and the rim of the 3rd tom as a low splash. if i dont need a kind of mid-range-of-the-ride sound (usually for blastbeating), i'll use the bell area of the far right china as the zilbel/ride bell.
That part at 1:24 is STILL the coldest drum section I've ever heard to this day

Seems not like a standard Sound Preset but i can be wrong.
I assume Aaron sent the Midi Data through a Metal sampler like Superior Drummer or something similar.

Each cymbal has two output areas. I assign them to different cymbals so I have a bigger range with less pads. Even the rims of the toms are splashes/bells

Yeah I've found that out now haha. If I turn the rim of the snare's sensitivity down then I can do it because before the rim's receptor was making it impossible.

Triggers is the module used on an electric set, which can be used on an acoustic set, for a more clear sound when you overlay the raw record with the pre recorded sound from the module. It doesn't enhance any speed.

The pads have 2 outputs, so I can have 2 different sounds for each one.
The cymbals outputs are on the edge and in the center and the tom's rims have either splashes or a ride bell assigned to them ;)
