Better Than a Bottle Thousand Island Dressing Recipe | Gluten Free, Dairy Free | gf explorers

No dressing in a bottle can come close to homemade dressing, in my opinion. I love to make my own dressings and Thousand Island has been one of my favorites since I was a kid. When you make your own salad dressing, you know all the ingredients, don’t need to read labels, and are assured it gluten free and dairy free.
This recipe packs tons of flavor beyond the requisite mayo, sweet relish, and ketchup. Garlic, shallot, white wine vinegar, and mustard powder add many layers of flavor I think you will love.
This dressing is great for salads, burgers, or for dipping veggies and gluten free pretzel sticks.
