    .....but why the FEET?¿..... How are the feet more nutricious than the MEAT?¿ someone pls explain😢

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  Рік тому +52

      the feet offer a differnt source of nutrients. chicken feet are one of the most readily availble sources of collagen. collagen is the most abundent protein in out body. joints, skin, hair, nails, organs, etc. all need collagen.
      the meat of animals is one of the least ( yet still nutritious) parts of the animal. organ meat, feet, marrow , the skin, etc are the most nutrient packed dense. the feet taste like just chicken in the broth. you would never know they were used for nutrient in the soup. I ASSURE you.
      The veggies are still important though, as vitamin C makes collagen bio available.
      This is the end of my science lesson soap box 😂😂😂

    I ferment garlic cloves in local organic honey for a week then add in cinnamon sticks. Keep that bad boy in your cupboard and either take a spoonful of the honey cinnamon garlicky mix or chew on one of the cloves of garlic. The garlic gets sweet and soft and loses its "bite". I use it year round. Also, my Mama makes us a tea using distilled water, peppermint candies and fresh squeezed lemons including the peel. Put it all on the stove to simmer until the candy melts and it is warm and wonderful. Add a shot of Henny and honey to a teacup of it and BAM! Take it on to sleep y'all.😪 Great for congestion, sore throats and coughs. It will loosen your chest up as well. Thank you Mama!

    I didn't have all the fresh herbs that you listed nor did i have chicken feet, but i had the dried versions and a whole chicken. So i just improvised a lil with what I had (i even used a cutie instead of lemon because that was what i had). This was the best soup i have ever made. Next time i go shopping, i will make it again with the fresh ingredients. (I did also add 2 tsp of Blue Mountain Jamaican Curry, the leaves on my celery, 1 sweet potato cut up, and gnocchi instead of the grains (still so good)! Thank you! ❤ *Edit my picky kids (age 7 and 4) approved this soup and so did my husband. We are all in love! Thx again! New Sub!
