- I take a Final Faction toy from the Dollar Tree and turn it into an amazing figurine fit for any table. This mighty war beast has a platform for even more trouble. I hope you like the video.

I never imagined how versatile hot glue could be. Kudos!
cover his beast with. loin cloth crazy & funny
I have seen these critters at my local Dollar Tree... nice use of them dollar-store toys.
I actually improved a "Masters Of The Universe" Orko mini purchased at that same Dollar Tree with a little Corvus Black on the underside of his robe and the post meant to give the impression of Orko floating a foot off the ground.
I love how creative you get with taking a simple dollar store toy and turning into a piece of art!
Makes me want to raid my son's Spawn collection.... Hmmmm
Oh man, I bet you could do some amazing stuff with spawn figures.
Awesome job! I've modded about 18 of this line on FB. Great toys for nerd crafting.
They sure are.
Great job! I am definitely going to give this a try.
😁👍
Wish the UK had the same supplies available. Brilliant figure.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for my UK peeps, that some of these figures become available to you soon.
Wish the Latin America had the same supplies available. Such a beautiful piece of art!
This was incredible!
amazing as usual maybe build a loading dock/bay for the adventurers to get in? cant wait to see what you do next
That is a great idea.
OMG I saw this and HAD to click on it! I'm building a Mr. Incredible transformed into a Minotaur figure project! I can't wait to show ya on IG.
Looking forward to it.
You’re so creative I just love it
Thank you 😊
Holy crap, well done! Great job resculpting the fig with hot glue, it came out great
Thank you.
“My goodness, sir. You cannot just walk around with that thing!” -I laughed too hard at that bit.
In my head I saw a battle come to a halt, soldiers averting their eyes. A general steps forth and produces the equivalent of the Geneva Convention. “Here, right here.” -points aggressively at the rule book.
😁👍🤣
Man you're creativity has been on fire!! I loved the hell scape build too. More eyes need to see your channel. For awhile I wasn't even getting recommendations for you videos. UA-cam is all messed up.
That darn algorithm. I just gotta keep putting out videos and hope for the best. Thank you for watching. Can't do it without you.
@@brokenterrain thank you for the reply. You actually started me out on my scratch building hobby. It's been a blessing in these crazy times.
This means the world to me.
Loved the cheese cloth and pva! That will work for many cloth textures!!!
I've used the method a couple of times. The results usual look pretty good.
Very Nice. This toy could also be a great night Walker conversion.
I always love the look of titanic sized beasts with whole platforms mounted on their backs. Like those walking citadels in Doom Eternal. Just crazy to think of a walking building.
If I may make a video suggestion for you then ua-cam.com/video/yGRRNzts-Z8/v-deo.html
@@brokenterrain Wicked video man, I like how you keep things cheap, and on top of that, functional. The barn golem has such an AoS feel, chaos corrupted and just a titan on the field. I’d sub to your page, but I already have lol. I’m gonna take some of your ideas if that’s cool, you have a lot of creativity!
Please take the ideas and run with them. If you're so inclined, I love seeing everyone's projects. Instagram is a great way to share them with me.
Awesome build! It's really helpful to improve my own skills. Thanks for sharing!
Craft on Max!
Looks awesome brother 👍👍👍
Thank you. It was so much fun to build.
Wow!
That is amazing!
Excellent work! I just got one of these guys and appreciate knowing some crafting tips for him. Thanks.
Awesome, thank you! Love to see you're project when finished. Share it with me on Instagram if you're so inclined.
Channel deserves more subs! Great work
I humbley agree. 😉
Just wondering what you thought of our Final faction Demons vids a while back.
I think these action figs are perfect for making greater demons.
They're perfect for it. I loved the different techniques used. You do some sculpting, which is something I'd like to get into.. I recently picked up some green stuff and really want to start utilizing that.
@@brokenterrain Green stuff is great but hard to find and the most expensive option.
We use alot of milliput and paper clay and fimo.
You might want to try less expensive Clay's and potties first to get the hang of sculpting before you use greenstuff.
It is alot of fun and really multiplied your overall skills and abilities and of course puts more tools in your tool box.
We will be anxiously awaiting your upcoming vids to see what's next in the old drawing board.
Happy holidays!
Amazing 😊
Super awesome build!
Thank you 😊
I have that same figure in my "cheap crafting stuff" drawer. Not sure what it'll end up being yet, but I was excited to find it
It's a great figure to kitbash with. Gonna have to grab myself another one.
First time crafter a friend linked me to this knowing how frugal I am. Excellent video I am learning the art of the glue gun.
A fellow cheapskate eh? I salute you.
Great idea!
Jesus christ, dude. You're very talented and I'm learning so much by watching this.
Thank you so much.
I repainted this same figure I turned the head around with the mandibles pointing upwards and they looked like convincing horns. With a red paint job it passes as a pretty convincing devil or demon
I love kitbashing with them so much.
a project want to take on is giving these FF figures more joints.
More joints! ☺️😏🤣😎👍
Man this has to be the most beautiful customization of a Final Faction figure that I've ever seen! Great work!
Thank you so much. If you liked this one, check out my Krampus video. I think you'll like that one too. ua-cam.com/video/95ugVy7Q4pg/v-deo.html
Ah Foam Clay love that stuff
upvote!
This is inspiring, an amazing job!
Thank you
Amazing work! Love the final product, you should be proud!
I am. Thank you so much.
Dude … looks amazing
Another way to deal with the screw holes would be to still some spikes into them when you go to apply the hot glue. Use some toothpick ends or other sharpened pieces of wood or plastic or whatever. Make it look like the beast has a row of back spikes.
Anyway, the figure came out really well. Good job. It kind of reminds me of the Chaos War Shrine from Warhammer. The one being carried bodily by two ogre looking creatures.
Back spikes is an awesome idea.
I think of the three Kharne faction of those toys, that guy was the one they didn't have. Bought one each of the other two to convert into demons. Some day lol.
Awesome work
Great job
Amazing.
fantastic job. Very inspirational
Thank you very much!
Lord of the tongs great art
i love these kitbashes you do, they inspire me a lot
Glad to hear it. 😁👍
FABULOUS, just all around GREAT project. The whole thing just lends itself to many situations and scenarios. Also, Excellent concept and paint job. YAY DOLLAR STORE! I am "saving up" to acquire a few Final Faction pieces, I think now I will grab at least 2 of these!. Thanks so much for the video!
Thanks for watching. The final faction figures are a gift for crafters that just keep giving.
For the fence posts, I'm surprised you didn't pin them since they were hallow and a small piece of wire would have gone in to the wood nicely.
That is a great idea. That would make them much sturdier.
Very cool , l would love to see more builds like this , unfortunately my dollar tree NEVER has these final faction figures.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that they stock them soon for you.
@@brokenterrain Thanks man !
Well this is AWESOME!
😎👍
Now that's talent 👏 great job
If you turn his head around it actually cooler.
Yeah I think your right.
Really nice conversion. Cool idea, with the platform
Great vid man!
Thank you.
@@brokenterrain Your welcome 👍
This is epic.
This was amazing! Got some good ideas brewing
Fantastic
throw in some realism black wash love it
Holy crap ..this is amazing
Thanks 😊
@@brokenterrain inspired me to make a kitbashed vehicle
Now this is more like it
Great video and techniques! Awesome creation! Subbed!
Amazing!
😎👍
Brilliant job, he turned out great!
Awesome
Good filling in gaps
That's cool as hell, man!
Thank you
shake it baby preach about it
Final Faction, or as it's otherwise known "Dollar Tree subsidizes the UA-cam kitbashing community". Great work
Thank you 😊
Looks amazing, so creative. Thank you for posting and all the hard work! 🤙🏻👏🏻🔥
Daaaaaaang!!!! I love this!!
And mighty warbeast loves you too.
Just found one of these bad boys at my local spot! Can’t wait to make my own :D
badass
God I wish we had dollar tree in the UK
I hope you can find a suitable replacement. I know they sell a lot of their products online if you really need to get your hands on something.
Kudos now what kind of game would you use this guy for? I'm new to the tabletop world
My main use will be challenging my players in a game similar to Dungeons and Dragons. If you had some friends who don't mind a little kit bashing and home brew though, I could see this beast as a unit for some 40k space orks.
He'd be easy to add as a custom unit to BattleMasters too.
Cover the Foam Clay with modge Pidge
That's a good tip.
I like k e Gorrillia Hot Glue
Do you not thin your craft paint to make it more translucent?
🤩
I actually took a final faction toy and turned it into a surface to air missle
Did you hit the target?
We're did you get your foam clay
Michael's sells tubs of it. Saw it at Hobby Lobby as well.
Honestly there's nothing wrong with the odd figurine for a terrain channel. You need something to put on your terrain, right?
I agree. Thanks for watching the video.
Not a fan of the hot glue to build out features, should have used some type of epoxy clay.
Well spoiler alert, I do use that technique a lot. 😳 Hopefully there were other techniques and ideas from the video you found worthwhile. Appreciate the view and comment. Thank you.
Keep up the great ideas.
What Brand of Paint and brushes you use
Apple barrel, Americana and other similar brands from Walmart, Meijer, Michael's and other hobby stores. Nothing very expensive. Same with brushes. Just get an affordable variety pack.
Do you make your own sculpting tools
Not generally. I find tools on clearance and get them as gifts.
cover his beast
Where do you get the chain and the eyelids from?
Chain can be found in jewelry sections of Michael's or Hobby Lobby. Those eyelet nobs can also be found at art stores and some at dollar stores.
I wish I can show you my build. I ran with how you did it but, in my own twist.
Reach out on Instagram and share it with me there.
how did you make your own wash?
I wish I could remember. I'm going to have to find a new recipe. When I do I'll be sure to share it.
I know this video is old so I might not get an answer but the clipper tool hes using does anyone know the name of it?
End cutting pliers. Put that in a search bar and you'll see some tools that look similar.
Do you use
Milliput
No not yet. I have some minor experience with green stuff.

Hey BT, Do you have Twitter or discord? Do you watch Bill makes stuff.
I don't have a Twitter or discord. My son has mentioned getting discord, but I have no immediate plans. I am on Instagram though.
