Thank you soo much for sharing your amazing advise and remedies. I am 46 yrs old and have all symptoms of Anxiety, depression, panic attacks and heart palpatations, sweats and hot flushes. I was so overwhelmed and scared, had no idea what was happening to me until I started watching your video's. I am going to start a daily diary and watch my food intake. I have already starting doing daily breathing exercises and meditation which helps so much when i go into a state of panic as well as focussing on something that takes my mind away from whatever is happening to me. My partner has been a huge support as well which is a great bonus to me getting through this change. Once again thanku. Im not dying! Im not going mad! I can beat this and I will. Yayeeee.
Hi Sheryl, please do let us know how you get on. It sounds like you have a good plan, and good support, but if you have any questions going forward please email eileen@avogel.co.uk
@@AvogelCoUk hello A.Vogel, thank you for this information, l now know am not under demonic attacks. In February 2020 l was admitted in a mental hospital for what they said was paranoia condition, l am in my menopause. My question is, do this panic attacks ever go away or one gets to live with them ? Is it a phase l have to go through in menopause? I drink lots of water.
Hi Kate This is a very difficult question as it is different for every woman, sorry. In general, however, for most women this is one of the phases which you can support with natural remedies. Best Wishes Eileen
I was getting panic attacks and didn't know it was because of menopause. Its a terrifying experience. So thankful to you! Being out in the garden always helped me to cope and feel better sooner rather than staying indoors
Just celebrated my 40th birthday and I have all these symptoms and have been off work for the past two weeks. Never thought these will happen so early. Am reading a lot to educate myself about these things so I can better manage all of this and I hope all this is just a phase and it will go away. I will be free yet again and enjoy this second phase of my life.
I thought the same thing I was 39 years old when all my symptoms started. I just turned 41. It's good to have a chanel like this and a community to disgust things with. Because for a while there I thought I was going crazy.
Man I've really felt like I was loosing my mind and I am so great full 💞 for this video. I can't believe this wild ride, nobody prepared me for this for sure
My wife said she thinks she’s “become a different person. This isn’t like me! What’s wrong? Why can’t I change? Why can’t I be myself?” This video helped. ❤
I experienced my first panic attack this week. I thought I was having a heart attack. I didn't have any fears of danger but I couldn't breathe, dizzy, cold hands, suffocating feeling. Omg I never want to go through with it again 😢
I had a panic attack when we were on the freeway. My ears got hot palpitations sweaty palms trouble breathing. My husband pulled off the road. I can usually snap out of them like Dr Phil said however this one was Bad.... One thing I did hear of was getting a cup of ice and chewing on ice which the senses redirect themselves. Thank you for this video.
This has definitely taken over my life. Mt hormones shifting during my cycle always meant eating very differently during the luteal and follicular phases, but now that there's no predictable schedule to my cycle, oy. I'll be strong, stable, sleeping well and feeling great for weeks, then I crash and it's a constsnt battle with crippling panic attacks and blood sugar crashes. I've leaned on Atarax to help get through the worst ones. But it helps so much to hear this talked about and read how other women are experiencing this. I'm in the midst of another one now, after a week of on and off attacks. Praying for it to shift back to normal soon.
Things that help me redirect during the day are staying busy with chores and hobbies and conversations with friends and family, while trying to remember to breathe deeply, that's the tricky part!
Hi thank you so much.Deep breathing to me works wonder plus calling a close friend over the phone and being open to your friend that you are experriencing anxiety attack can help also.
This is such an informative video. Thank you! I've been having awful heart racing and anxiety and I've been tested and checked for everything even an adrenal tumour. It's amazing that not one consultant has made the connection with the fact this all started since I went into menopause. What I would like to know is do these symptoms subside with time?
Hi Skilla Great to hear that the video has been of benefit for you! Unfortunately, it is really difficult to say how long this may last for you as it is different for every woman, sorry. However, doing as much as you can re diet, supplements relaxation etc can often ease symptoms. Best Wishes Eileen
All those symptoms, i mean ALL symptoms mentioned, I had the first one this morning. I have also started Prostap SR for shrinking fibroids prior to hysterectomy. I have had bloods taken today.

Yes,I have all these symptoms after 1 day of heavy mensturation as I m now 44 .N after 3 days,I started to do light exercise, breathing exercise so my bit swollen nerve on right chest is almost gone n no chest pain this time though but low energy due to 1 day of heavy blood flow. But I m eating more iron food, fiber n light stretch,so I m fine.
This is great! My wife has menopause and it’s bringing anxiety etc. UGH! “I don’t know what’s wrong with me! I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. I don’t, I can’t etc etc.” Thank You! Can you do another video on how to heal during menopause and say something like “be really physically intimate with your mate” ok. Just an idea. Yeah. She’s in pain but come on. This can’t be forever.😮❤
