    Ingredients:
    Pork ribs
    Flour
    Water
    Ginger
    Scallion (white part)
    Cinnamon
    Cooking wine
    Rock sugar
    Balsamic vinegar
    Light soy sauce
    Dark soy sauce
    Salt
    Chopped green onions (for garnish)
    Steps:
    Clean the pork ribs by rinsing them with flour-water mixture and clean water until clear.
    Soak the ribs in clean water to remove blood and then parboil them with cooking wine to remove any gamey taste.
    Caramelize rock sugar in the pan and add the ribs to coat with caramelized sugar.
    Add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and a small amount of dark soy sauce, and stir-fry the ribs.
    Add prepared ingredients, warm water, and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add more rock sugar, salt, and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.
    Remove the ginger and other ingredients from the pan, then reduce the sauce until it thickens.
    Before serving, add more balsamic vinegar for an extra tangy flavor.
    Drizzle the thickened sweet and sour sauce over the pork ribs and garnish with chopped green onions.
