    This is one of the best recipes on the net. Very satisfying to make and eat. Boiling the meat before you cook it is not something Americans typically do, but when you get rid of all that scum you can see why it is very necessary. I've made this twice so far and absolutely love it. Wish it was on my list when my kids were young, they would have loved it too!

    I would've added the salt when I first boiled the meat so it's more absorbed by the meat. But this one is a good recipe.

      I have been cooking outdoors in a barbeque pit & on a home made grill & a small 2 burner propane camp stove and a pressure cooker for the last 6 years.
      I've been cooking up pork & beef ribs as a favorite. I'm a 71 year old retired USArmy disabled veteran. I love barbecuing. Started learning outdoor camp cooking when I was 5 years old in West Texas.
