While I love these new developments in Lagos, I can't help to shake the closed wall style that I see in all the homes. These are all modern design from the outside but once you step in the walls/rooms seem closed off. I thought modern design would highlight more of an open concept.

Beautiful three-story mansion, I like the beautiful yellow car cover in the front yard. I like the covered pool in the back. I like the white floor marble and black floor wall living room. I like the white marble kitchen. I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. A luxury mansion is better shown with furniture inside it. I think somebody should open in Lagos a furniture rental business for realtors to shoot video of luxury house for sale or show luxury house for sale. Nice job showing the house confidence.
Very very overpriced, people buy houses not only because of the interior but next door neighbours and houses you cannot put a water tank right in front of a building, house on the right with water tank kills the value of this house, let's come down to earth no one will buy this house for $9m plus, in South Africa, US, Britain you will get a massive mansion with running water, 24/7 electricity.
Confi, never been disappointed about your presentations for years now, this property is absolute beast and beaut like Alhaji Musa will call it...Not so pleased with the wood type for the wardrobes in all the rooms but wonderful glass mix though, smaller wardrobe in the primary suite, pleased with having access control / video bell in all rooms. I like the home but it seems like you are completely surrounded by your neighbors. For almost a million dollars I would want more privacy and outdoor space.
It’s the vantage court houses till available and if not are they more development there because I have fallen in love with the presentation. You’re good and your houses are top notch.
One thing that is noticeably absent for this price is landscaped outside space for a garden with water features. Although the house is beautiful, I wasn't very sure of the shower head quality. Nevertheless, the house is beautiful, but the price would make much more sense with the aforementioned additional aspects. But as has been previously said, buying a property in a prime location in Lagos comes with a price.
Suggestion for you to shoot the video during the day :) Natural lighting when showing the homes is a big plus otherwise it looks so dark and closed in. My two cents

Most of the people in the comments below cannot even afford a 1 bedroom shack in New york or anywhere. They are the kinds of people that complain the most. If it's not your taste then just move along. If this was advertised in the US for 20million dollars no one will complain. These are properties that are being sold on a day to day basis in Lagos and the demand sets the price. It has to do with location and preference. There are even 3 bedroom luxury flats in Lagos sold for 1-2million dollars. These property is great value for what you a getting. It's yours for life without some neck breaking property tax breathing down your neck.
