Dave in Adelaide here. I recently went to the Victoria Market with my brother, in the daytime. It was the first time in over 30 years. Back then the market was run down and not a pleasant experience. But the recent visit was wow. The food stalls, the coffee stalls, the kitch. We had a great time. And for the record, I do like a good laksa. Each region of Asia has their own versions of laksa. So I like to seek out the variety.
Ah see I would say the exact opposite arrived 1966 markets vibrant exotic now sterile and not any where near as much fun. Different strokes for different folks

This is actually the third set of judges for MasterChef Australia. It took me a missed season to accept the new judges, but then we lost the delightful Jock Zonfrillo and my heart broke. Took another missed season to bring me back because I was grieving for Jock. Now we have a Frenchman and he’s taking some adjustment, but at least I’m watching.

Visit he QV Market during Winter School Holiday break, yeah, nah, because you know mum has had the kids in the house all day and wants a night off cooking and who cares if they are out late, they can all just sleep in tomorrow.
