Spot on information! You see Baguio is very rich in history. Every place even street names have stories. We were colonized but became friends with them. I hope you have time to go farther in other Cordillera provinces. Thanks for visiting the city! Great video!
So much history that I didn't know in Baguio! It is such a special place to visit in the Philippines - full of culture, history, arts, nature, and the weather is great!
@@livethephilippines It was inspired from the pasadena festival of California. The only difference is that Baguio uses authentic flowers not plastic on their floats or caravans.
Your blog is packed with tons of information that me as Filipino. not even aware that these places you cover exist, Thank you! ... Everyone sounds like a good TV presenter. . Especially Colt, I could see him on TV one day presenting his own show! Who knows, right...👍
Thank you for visiting our city and sharing some of it's history. Hopefully next time you visit Baguio you can go to Ben Cab Museum along Asin Rd and stop by at one of the oldest woodcarving shop since 1960s. The Botanical Gardens original name was Emeldas Park as it was the project of the former first Lady Emelda Marcos. Way back 1970s inside the Japanese tunnel is all clay. There's a an excerpt from our cordilleran history from St. Martin Assumption School which goes this way Long long ago people came into our land in search of gold They dug deep into our mountains looking for the precious metal It took a long time before they realized that THE BEST GOLD WAS FOUND IN THE HEARTS OF OUR PEOPLE

One Igorot here from Baguio and retired in California. I hope guys like the cordillera tour but feb, mar, April and may is the best month; the flower festival in February is like the rose bowl parade in Pasadena ca. the northern blossom and Sakura is best at these months when in blossom.
Wow this was so informational. How dare me not know about this things when I have lived my life in Baguio. This is so more likely a documentary. Wonderful.
Hello ABC family! Me and my partner been watching your channel since the 1st time you visited the Philippines. Your content is always informative and entertaining. I've not been back to the Philippines since 1998 and with your videos I'm now updated, so much changed! Thank you for exploring my beautiful country and loving staying there. Wish I'm there 😢. Keep up the great videos loving them 👍

Ah, finally the Lockwoods in Baguio! I've been there several times but it feels like an entirely new place through Phil's Lens and your super interesting vlog. Also, I never liked Binatog but it's so cool that Phil compared it to a New England Clam Chowder, now I'm craving to try it again and when I do I will consume it from an entirely new perspective.
Great to see you sharing the history and experience for the City of Baguio.. Thank you for visiting Philippines.. Abundance and blessings to your family
I have to say this is extraordinary and by far the best video I’ve seen of Baguio💚 and imo your top 3. The editing is spectacular💜 One hour plus and I wanted more! I truly 💗 and enjoyed this. This deserves 1 million plus views!
Another great video guys! Your production value is better than most tv tourism shows nowadays. Has that HGTV network vibes here in the US. Love the food reviews, as well as the tours!
I'm from Cebu and every time I visited Baguio, I kept on coming back to Ili Likha, it's totally a different world in there. Also, I just bought items from Segundo Leatherworks, pretty cool stuffs and I got to meet the artist himself. It's so nice of your tour guide to bring you to Ili Likha. Most of my friends who had been to Baguio missed this place because it is not often in the itinerary. A vegetarian restaurant, Oh My Gulay, offers similar experience as well.
Really love your videos! Hope you can visit also our city . Marikina city is one of the cleanest city in metro manila and also known as the shoe capital of the philippines.
Sincerely thanks for your wonderful time in Baguio City. My favorite city because of the weather.Im also from California but originally from Pangasinan Philippines.More places to offer you..
I like that British inspired place and restaurant with lotsa paintings you went. When I go to Baguio, I'll go back to your videos and get the name of those places for me to go. Thx!
I've been to Baguio City for almost 5 times and I promise to myself to buy property there because of the weather. I consider Baguio City as my 2nd home. You should also include shopping on the Night Market there. ❤❤❤
Erin discussed about Kidlat Tahimik. As I told you he was an investment banker in the US from Wharton MBA. You can see his transformation. His mom was former mayor of Baguio City. He was also a former UP Student Council chairman.
I love that an Igorot is your host and can show you their homeland and culture.
Yes -- so great to hear the perspective from native locals 🇵🇭👍🏼
One thing you would notice about Baguio City or the Cordilleras in general is the people. Humble genuine people. Good and fluent in English as well.
