  • Boston’s beastly title run where they won every series in either a sweep or gentleman’s sweep is getting undermined by a silly storyline about their quote unquote lack of competition. Stay tuned for what makes that talking point look most foolish and for possibly most intriguing part about the Celtics championship run.

The C's earned it and I don't mean just from this season. From the drafting of two future super stars to going through the heartbreaking day one career altering injury to Gordon Hayward to Kyrie being Kyrie, game 7 shortcomings, a coaching scandal, and on to them coming up two games short of a chip in 2022, the Celtics have undoubtedly paid every due on their way to this championship. They have given everything they have to the game and came out of every adversity more united, stronger, and most importantly, better battle tested than before. I am a Warriors fan first and foremost but Boston proved to me, over the course of the last 6 to 7 years that they are going to have a say every season for the foreseeable future. Congratulations to Boston, you've truly earned it.

Had the Celtics beat GS in the 2022 Finals, people would have discredited that championship. Boston wins the 2024 Finals, you have people calling it the “Cakewalk Championship.” Had Boston loss, you would see all kind of videos on UA-cam calling the Celtics and the Jays chokers. As Celtics fans, enjoy the team winning the chip and let’s see the team do a repeat in 2025.

Whoever discredits the celtics chip win either:
    1. Didnt do their research. Especially on the nuggets run.
    2. has a selective memory ignoring certain celtics injuries or devaluing those injuries in the same breadth as hyping everyone else's injuries outside of spida.
    3. Crying because their team lost.
    4. Coping because they are a celtics hater.
    5. Doesnt understand stats because they're dumb or a casual.
    6. Values stats over winning.
    7. Is so used to swallowing the national media narrative about suoerstar/hero ball and forgetting about team ball (spurs fans are exempt from this).
    8. Would have their team trade places with the celtics if they could. Just jealous.
    9. Is corny because they dont know how to give credit or respect champs.
    10. their own team is dysfunctional, disorganized or far from competing and envy how Brad Stevens built the team and its culture (again spurs fans are exempt).

It was considered The Easiest because their opponents were incompetent or were just inexperienced or both.
The Heat without Butler, why did you play in The Playins with Embiid (who is notorious for being a dirty player). That's the purpose of The Regular Season. If you won against The 76ers, can your team beat a healthy Knicks squad.
The Bucks, they shot themselves on the dick for their own disorganization.
The Knick, Tom Thibs is notorious for not putting out subs... Look at the 76ers game which resulted to injuries.
The 76ers, what adjustments did they do while Embiid was absent... And why are they relying too much on Embiid if they knew he couldn't push himself further (and his leadership sucks).
The Cavs got bullied at home.
The Pacers, they choked. Even in Game 2, they were rattled.
    But The West.... The West
    Same story..
The Nuggets were complaisant against The Wolves.
The Wolves had no answer for their perimeter "defense"
The Mavs had a terrible defensive strategy
The Thunder were young and still need time to develop
And The rest were just incompetent
That's why basketball is a team sport.
Yes JT is just a top 5 guy, but he was winning for the team. JB is just a top 10 guy, but he was doing it for the team...The Celtics had an injured KP, their center Al is coming off age (but is somewhat healthier than Embiid), it's Joe's second year, and they still delivered... They had the heart, they were more strategized, they knew that they are not the perfect team... They are THE TEAM
That's why it's called Celtics Basketball. Not Tatum or Brown Basketball.

  • @adamdavis2760
    @adamdavis2760 12 днів тому +1

Another reason why KP flourished here is the fact that he is finally in a place where he is appreciated. Have you looked at his face when he comes out on the court to the crowd cheering for him? He is actually happy. He is a valued piece of what makes this team work and I think that goes a long way for a guy that has had kind of a rough road being bounced around the league. I also think ,making friends with JB helped their on-court chemistry. I honestly think this team if they are healthy next year could play even better together. The playmaking of Tatum really unlocked towards the end of the year and playoffs. That coupled with another year with this core, their ball movement could be next level next season

Step 2: Betting sites sponsor ALL sports media.

Two budding stars in their respective areas -- Brad is being hailed as a genius (sure, it's probably overpraise) and Mazulla went from "bird-brain" to "Bird-brain" pretty quickly after the outcomes changes people's opinion of him and the team.

Yes, Perkins and Haslem played the sport but that doesn’t mean they can talk ball though and that’s what folks don’t understand. Are you kidding me? Their arguments to go against Boston didn’t make any sense and it was clear as day couldn’t back it up while Dallas was not a championship team. No one is Criticizing the Boston Celtics. Real fans are Criticizing Jason Tatum for not playing up to what the media has tried to make him out to be. He’s not that dude and he never will be. If you want to see GREATNESS go to UA-cam and type in Larry Legend. You’re see what GREATNESS LOOKS LIKE and it’s not Jason Tatum. No, no one is criticizing the Celtics. They are Criticizing a dude that not has good as the Media has tried to make him out to be. If Tatum was that good he would’ve lead the team to a Title against the Warriors. But, his excuse was he was tired. Lastly, we won this Title because of Holiday, White and Brown’s Ability to play stellar DEFENSE. Question, when you talk about these two players why don’t you say Brown and Tatum. Answer; you and fans like you have tried your best to create a player that doesn’t exist.

All I’m gonna say is this...
Last year the Celtics had a better team than the Heat, & the Heat eliminated the Celtics with a healthy Jimmy Butler.
Fast forward to this year, & the Celtics eliminate the Heat (without Jimmy Butler).
You can bring up Porzingis injury, but Porzingis is (at best) the 3rd, or 4th best player on the Celtics.
Not the same thing as a Heat team without Jimmy Butler.
The bottom line is, while Dallas actually had to compete in a stacked western conference, the Celtics got to coast throughout the playoffs, against teams missing their best players.
On top of that, by the time Dallas got to the finals, Luka was playing with an injury, & Kyrie was trash.
Without question, the easiest path to the finals in NBA history, that’s why 2024 is the Cakewalk Championship..
