Jajajaja como argentino me siento orgulloso de que hayas hecho este video, querido Ninja! Vamos a la playa en el Toyota con la toalla amarilla!! xD Morí de risa con ese comentario. Un gran abrazo!
That marinade looked fantastic. Found this very interesting. Kinda a different twist on a country fried steak. I like!!! Great video & content again. Keep the great video's coming.
Ninjas you got me on this one, I figured it would be dried out and tough but it did look deeeeeeelishous. Another great video brother & sister. Have a great weekend my friends.
Nice job guys those steaks love soooooo juicy. I love the breading then quick fry in oil. Great variety of cooking techniques and use of different meats. This is only 1 of many reasons I watch you guys consistently. You’re authentic and I love you!!!!❤️😘💕
Haha, I tried this on some flank steak yesterday. I had to make the bread crumbs myself but they turned out great and there's plenty left over, which is good because we'll be having this again. This is a guy who truly loves his spices! I sort of blinked a few times at how much of each thing to add to the marinade but the flavor turned out wonderful. Wonderfully. However you say that.
I will be trying this, I think I am going to add a number D by coating one with breadcrumbs and frying I will let you know how it comes out. Great video Ninja's.
Great video! We actually eat Milanesas with several stuff on top of them. Milanesa a caballo has fried eggs on top. A la napolitana, marinara sauce and cheese etc etc.
It is a interesting take on that kind of meat; will try it soon! A bit of a "fun fact": if you go in a restaurant in austria and there stand in the menu "Wiener Schnitzel" it has to be made out of veal (which is the traditional way) but usually they write down "Schnitzel nach Wiener Art" (Schnitzel after vienna style), than they can use much cheaper meat, usually they make it then out of pork or even turkey; so you have to look out a bit, if you want to have the original one.
Ok, I’m going to mask-up and head down to Publix for some top sirloin, some beefsteak tomatoes, some Boars Head prosciutto slices and a loaf of Cuban bread (I got all the other stuff). That has fried steak sandwich written all over it! Thanks for the idea brotha and sista! 🤜🤛
The meat would probably be good on sushi.its already thin, but cut thin, place on top of (rice outside) sushi and sear with searing device. Worth a try!
👋😂😂😂🇮🇹 HI brother Ninja !!! Good job 👍 We do it also in simply mode: cooked on butter and with a little of lemon juice on. "Cotoletta alla Milanese" is it's name and we serve with a mountain of fried potatoes. Kisses to Miss Ninja 😉👍
The same thing happened to the Napoles bar owner in Buenos Aires more than 100 years ago when the "Milanesa a la Napoles" (Napolitana) was created. He went overboard with frying the milanesa and it was burned on the sides. To cover that he used tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese: Profit.
something about melted cheese just makes everything look better. I don't think I've ever seen you so excited to eat something as you were getting to number c.
Ninja I love you but the name milanese steak is not misleading at all! The 'cotoletta alla milanese' is an actual very old and traditional meal from Milan, which is indeed a fried steak with breadcrumbs (usually done in butter, you should try!). Love from Italy!
Well Ninja, Wiener Schnitzel isnt cheap as its usually made with veal ^^ we also pound the meat between foil with a hammer that has a lot of tiny spikes on it to soften the meat further ^^. seasoning wise its tradition to only use salt and pepper. we only do a eggwash with pure eggs and do a double coating, and dont press the coating to hard, because if you do the crust wont become that fluffy :) This is only fyi ^^ if you wouldve put cheese on the Schnitzel out here in Austria, they probably sacrifice your soul to the devil ^^ Greetings
Well, the actual milanese does come from Milan (though it's veal and waaay thicker), the schnitzel comes from Austria. I'm sure someone already pointed it out anyway :) Bye from Milan! Love you Ninjaaa
I'm gonna go to the store and see if I can get this cut and make them but swap out breadcrumbs for a secret ingredient. I'll make a video i think but you may not see it lol.
Does it ever bother you that Guga used you to launch his channel into popularity? Were you ever compensated? If not for you, I doubt the Sous Vide Everything channel would have gotten as popular is it had.
Love the fresh ideas and new content!

Going to try it with swiss chess 😋😋🍷🍷🍷
I have made carne asada out of these steaks. Not bad when sliced in small strips. But you... you took a cheap steak to a whole new level.
Looks fantastic 👍 instead of bread crumbs try crushed corn flakes I think you will be pleasantly surprised
I’m Mexican and growing up these are the only steaks we ate we’ll still till this day. It’s deliciouuuuuuus I like it encebollado
Did we just witness the birth of the fork drop good?
I watched this while eating fajitas / tacos with milanesa.

A true Ninja can make anything taste good, no matter the price point! 😁💪
Ninja turtles agree
HAHAAHH That was incredible brother! 😀 Thank you Ricky!! 😀😀😀
These would look good on a sandwich, like a nice hoagie roll or Italian bread toasted with garlic butter.
That’s exactly where I’m going with this! A nice big loaf of Cuban bread 🥖 and I’m thinkin some prosciutto!
Off topic but curious how you do your pichana.

Remember to drink it with Fernet and Coke.
Does it ever bother you that Guga used you to launch his channel into popularity? Were you ever compensated? If not for you, I doubt the Sous Vide Everything channel would have gotten as popular is it had.
It ant no wagyu but its ok lol had me laughing 😆 😂 🤣 😅 💀 I think all ur meat connections were sold out
How to make the cheapest steak good - spend 4x the price of the steak on other ingredients to make it good.
You may as well just buy a good steak!
Re quemado eso señor
Nope!
