Love your videos! I grew up with Milanesas and can remember helping my mom make them. Do you think these can be made in an air fryer? Also I like the little terra cotta bowl you mixed the eggs in. Where can I purchase these? Keep those videos coming!😀
I think that I would have to serve this with my favorite beverage .........gravy. My mother used to make this with chicken. She called it "Maryland chicken", why I don't know.
I just love how methodical and organized you are! Your recipes are so easy to follow and replicate! And the plate presentation was on point! #knockingitoutofthepark ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you Rebecca! I really try to make the recipe instructions relatable and easy. I'm so glad you get that. Thank you! 😊🙏
The spikey side of your tenderizer is for tenderizing, it will definitrly put holes in whatever you use for splatter protection, but you won't have to pound out your meat so much and it will be deliciously tender. I like to use a freezer bag, just make sure you dont tenderize your bag to wear it's falling to pieces. Also I like to use Aldi's brand for freezer bags I think they hold up better than the name brand or Kroger and Walmarts off brand. (I also find they block out freezer burn the longest)
Ques. I've always wondered - when a recipe calls for putting a food on med, or high, etc.BURNER control, They sometimes say at 350 degrees - but, surface burners and indicators do not give the temperature itself on the control dial. DO You put a thermometer in oil to see the Temperature? I sometimes over think it, but I do wonder about this, since it's said at times in a instructional video or print. Thanks, I am making Milanesa steak (Spanish style) and wanted a tutorial on the steaks and best frying method. THANKS ,it looks wonderful ! I'm sure I'll come back for more recipes and help. Gracia's.
I just found you and love your cooking especially that you have a very sweet voice in explaining every detail now i would love to know where can i buy the tool for tenderizing the meat what brand ir website?

Miss I watched this recipe & didn’t notice that you used JUST CRACKERS 😭 do you think it would still cook really nicely if I use breadcumps with a mixture of crackers cause I want it to be crispy ??!! hopefully you can reply before cause I’m cooking this within the next hour or two LOL WELP . I didn’t want just bread crumps because it doesn’t really make a crispy dish

That's weird, my mom made this a couple of days ago. She usually makes with chicken, but, this time around, she made it with beef instead of chicken.

Is this stove at your new house? It's great! You don't need to put knob protectors on your stove here like you did at your old house.
Do you have a cookbook?
We used garlic herb crackers for bread crumbs
Do the have the cracker-crush bag @ HEB?
