Oil for frying
Desired amount of Breakfast steak
Desired amount of AP flour + 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp salt
3 to 4 eggs (enough to dip steak)
Panko or bread crumbs (enough to coat steak)

Instead of panko crumbs I use Ritz crackers. I put them in a ziplock bag & crush them until they have a really fine texture. It makes the milanesa taste so good. Also, I just wanted to say I love how you & Cloud act with each other. You're so loving. You 2 really enjoy each others company. ❤
