Great video Ty - thank you for sharing your day with us. Another type of videos that I enjoy seeing (from better runners than me) are videos of them doing their workout from a 3rd person POV. Unfortunately, you would need another person to film you while cycling beside you. For me, it is jun fun watching faster people run and looking at their forms. But it's just an idea that you might be able to incorporate into your channel.

I'm here after seeing you with Jami, definitely into the vegan/wfpb eating and training. Love detailed marathon training plan stuff, I'm currently doing an 80/20 plan even though I don't have a race scheduled just to have workouts to do.

Have to make sure the injury is good to go. 80/20 focus is definitely the way to go. Sometimes I get a little carried away and need to remind myself of the balance between easy runs and workout runs. That breakfast was cool, have you ever tried oatmeal with banana? I have many topping combinations with that two.
