GET BACK TO IT, MAN!! Your country needs you to be in the best shape possible!!💪🇺🇸 But seriously, you did awesome!! That test looked way harder than I expected. Especially that style of push-ups. I wanna try that out. And…hella brave of you to film with all those people. That would’ve made me nervous.😬 Great vid, really enjoyed it!👍😁🎥
We'll keep you motivated bud! Keep it up out there! I had my acft with 180 lbs for the sprint drag carry. It was for fun but I did go a solid 2:18. And the minimum for our dead lift was 170. Take it or leave it. Then I did the alternative for the leg tuck. A max of 4:20 for the plank. Maximum muscle failure at its finest. Lol. To wrap it up we had the 2 mile in the desert on the soft sand. Only a 12:50. All in all it was good and it's a new challenge. You looked really strong for the deadlift, the pushups, and the leg tuck. You should be more than ready for that 100 miler as well! Goodluck and don't stop posting!!!
Yeah the requirements seem different for different MOS. Our sled was only 90 pounds I believe. Dude nice work on the run. I hope to be back at that speed in a month or two. Thank you for the push. Going to keep up with those videos!
What's up Ty!! New here. This is exciting, the Amy ACFT physical fitness test. Ill have to try some of these things with my students. Those are interesting push ups. I wonder why they do them that way.
Thank you for watching. I believe they changed the push ups because in the past test everyone's push ups looked different making it hard to grade it effectively. With this new style there aren't many variations that can be done. So it makes it a much more effective exercise to grade.
You killed it brother! Great job
Hey thank you for watching!

@@TyEpicReagan I wish my batallion did it by MOS. If they did, then I would be aiming very low as I'm a 25b. "Ultra light" 🤣🤣🤣
Good job! Just today entered my 1st 50km trail run for Feb. Let's do this! But 1st I just got to get my road marathon in Oct out the way 😅
Nice. Just look at that marathon as a training run for your 50K. Wish you an awesome training cycle leading up to your 50k.
